Great house, We stayed with 2 adult children and their families, We had 2 small children. We were comfortable and conveniently located to everything in walking distance! We have already booked next year’s vaccination! Loved the house and especially the location! The owner is awesome to work with! Thank you Tracy!

We had three couples and two children from three generations, in town for a family wedding. The house was perfect. Everyone had space and all their needs satisfied. The house is right in the small town, quiet and private but within easy walking distance to the beach or a restaurant.

The property was everything that was promised and more! Very happy with our stay ! Would highly recommend!!

Tracie the owner was amazing to work with. Her communication was top notch which made it easy and simplistic to get any questions we had answered. The house was beautiful and was just a shirt 3 min walk to the beach, and many eateries/attractions. The pictures of the house on the listing are not up to date...the house is much more updated and even more beautiful/beachy than pictured. If you're looking for a fun/convenient stay in York, look no further!!!

Location is great for families with younger kids. Easy short walk to/from the beach and all shops and restaurants. Being that close I expected it to be noisy but not at all. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better house and location for our family. There was plenty of room for the kids to hang out in the living room while the adults enjoyed the second sitting room. My grandmother and mother really loved the sun room area. Short walk to the beach and downtown was so convenient. Traci was always available to answer questions. We can't wait to come back next year!

We rented this property for five days in July. Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach, several good places for food choices and a five minute walk to the zoo. The property was very clean. Great spot for kids and adults.

I was so excited to find a property that could fit our big group comfortably with such a perfect location in York. Under a 5 minute walk to the shops and the beach. The house was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice! The extra beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards were a big plus! Traci was easily reached via text/phone and great to work with. Hoping to return next summer!

Our first time to York. This location exceeded expectations! Property was clean and well stocked with kitchen/bed/bath essentials. Communication with owner was excellent. Responded within minutes. Location was great. Only a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and beaches. Perfect for a large group with children. Highly recommend. Will book again on our next York trip!!

I would highly recommend this clean and comfortable home! As a family of 6 there was plenty of room and we could have easily fit more guests. Each room was well kept and decorated with a cute 🏝 beach theme. The kitchen and common living areas had everything you could need to cook and entertain. In the living room there was WiFi, a flatscreen tv, board games and lots of cozy blankets and fluffy throw pillows. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils, basics like condiments and sugar, and all major appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. Perhaps the best part of the house was the location! While The ocean 🌊 was out of view, it was only a short walk away...less than a city block. The house was at the edge of downtown York Beach by Short Sands. Lots of cute shops and restaurants. Since we stayed in the fall some places were closed for the season, but plenty were open for us to be able to get our tourist fix of saltwater taffy, beach themed knick-knacks and New England souvenirs. Traci had great communication and was very accommodating. She text me a few days before we arrived to give us instructions for getting into the home. She also checked in mid-way through the trip to make sure we had everything we needed. She was a great host! In conclusion, I would recommend this home to anyone looking to visit the area! It’s close to the action of the beach scene, but feels quaint and tucked into the town.

5-STARS! This home was great! A quick 3 minute walk down to Short Sands Beach, Fun-O-Rama, and many restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, such a great location! The house itself was great ... very clean and comfortable for large families. Traci was very responsive and accommodating to us. Hope to return again in the future.

We loved our stay here! We have rented other homes close to downtown and none have had the space or amenities this house had. There was even more sleeping space than we anticipated, the AC worked beautifully (it was a humid week!), plenty of towels/linens and a very short walk to everything (beach, shops, restaurants). Plus the outdoor shower was a nice touch, post-beach, especially with our kiddos. Highly highly recommend! We couldn’t have been happier.

What a wonderful spot just minutes to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc... The house was bright, clean and spacious! Lots of room to spread out and several spots to gather for family fun and games. Traci was a wonderful host! Would definitely stay again!

The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. It was 90 degrees outside for a few of the days we were in York and the air conditioning in the house was wonderful. The house is so well furnished - lots of glasses and dishes, and plenty of towels, including beach towels. The location is fantastic. We were able to walk everywhere - a few steps to short sands beach and all the shops, or a 20 minute walk to get to either long sands beach or the nubble. And Traci was so helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Our family stayed here for a week and had a great time. The location is a quick 2 minute walk to Short Sands Beach and the downtown area, with many restaurants, the arcade, souvenirs shops, etc.. This was a great advantage vs. some of the other rental locations we considered, especially when travelling with young kids. The house was very clean and spacious, and Traci was available for any questions we had during our stay.

The location of this well kept York Beach home is ideal for vacationing being only a block away from the beach, arcade, shops and restaurants. No need for vehicles and parking meters, you can access EVERTHING within a few steps of the front porch. The air conditioned house is nicely furnished with plenty of amenities as well as ample linens and towels to use during your stay. Traci was great and extremely helpful with any questions we had. Thank you Traci for making our July vacation so wonderful! See you next year!

This house was in the perfect location, close to beaches, shops, but away from the noise. House was very clean when we arrived and was well air conditioned. The owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We plan to go back next year!

To say this house is completely and TOTALLY perfect- is an understatement. Our wedding was on June 15th and Traci was able to accommodate us Wednesday-Wednesday. Our wedding was at the Union Bluff (a 3 minute walk) and it worked out BEAUTIFULLY! Family was in and out of the house all week commenting on how absolutely perfect it was for us! My brothers were able to hang out and watch TV in the front living room with its gigantic *and super comfortably* sofa, while others were in the kitchen and back lounge room. Traci was available at all times if we needed anything. Plenty of space and bedrooms for the family. We are so incredibly fortunate to have found this newly renovated house so close to our wedding venue. Everything was so clean, new and wonderful! Walking distance to everything in Downtown York. TRULY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you again for everything Traci !!!!!
