Exceptionally clean, friendly host who even gave us a ride to a bus stop in the early morning

We didnt like the amount of dogs in the town at night but it is more about Poti, not this place

Overall, everything was fine. Everything in the room worked including the wifi. It's about a 20-minute walk from Poti Cathedral.

The area where the room is is a very active location, lots of cars driving by and live music

friendly host, tea coffee and most importantly - air conditioning) great place, I recommend

We be there in late at night and owner was waiting and following us he was out to find us and it was very greatful, home is clean and compy, they provide anything we need, there is many restaurants near with good quality.

In the late at night water in gone and in the 8:00 morning water is coming again they said it is happen in all Poti and it is general issue. But the owner provided us many water tanks and it was good and enough.

There were amenities in the room, it was clean and the owner did his best and was friendly (unfortunately no english speaking)

There was a smell of old smoke. And I have to admit that I didn’t feel comfortable being on ground floor directly to the street.

had everything we needed for the two nights we stayed. close to the town center and also has many stores and restaurants nearby. very accommodating host! gave us a much appreciated lift to the mashutka station

Floor window view contain everything you need plus some additional tools to live well and with V.G. finishing +Sat TV + AC + Kettle + medium Refrigerator + Bath Plus 24 hr. free Tea /Sugar with some accessories … - Room beside PORT and in street contain many bars beside “ARAGVI” Restaurant _ I can’t evaluate the location but you can walk about 3-4 km S.E. to hotel from Main Sq. /Central /Green Market /Bus Terminal passing by famous Cathedral /Carrefour /Main Garden or using local Mini Bus #1-3 front the hotel +0.5 GEL ticket or private Mini Bus #5 +1.0 L.
