They invariably cancel my booking one day before my arrival without any said reason. Even booking.com also failed to resolve the issue.

The location of the hotel , the toilet was clean . Mosquito repellent was provided. Complementary mineral water provided.
The bed was not comfortable, Hardly no one was available at the reception. No one was there to take call.

Location is near to the station. It was our connecting rest stop for Darjeeling. So one night is okay at this price. room size is a bit small, quite a mbience, Ac/Non-AC both options are there, The Owner's behavior is really good. Staff is also good.
The partition between two washrooms wasn't good enough, it was open on the top of the partition wall. Ventilator glass was broken. Room was a bit small, night lamp wasn't working. No other facilities was there. No arrangements for tea or coffee.

AC was working fine that's it.
. They claim they have 24 hours service. But their staff was seeing adamantly how me and my parents were dragging all the luggage inside the hotel. On requesting them they said if u want to stay you may continue but don't expect us to lift your luggage. That's what they said to my parents. They dont have water in the property

Room was very clean and location of lodge is very near to NJP Railway station which makes it easy to board any train be it at late night or early morning.
The entrance to lodge is not proper as stairs are there without any railing which can be dangerous sometimes.
