Food service need improvement

The rooms are fantastic, I enjoyed the balcony, the big windows, the view and the comfortable bed. The food is delicious. You always get all the support you need.

I had a very pleasant stay in this property. The owner is an excellent host and the hospitality was excellent. The property is children friendly and it has a nice restaurant with the nice manner full staffs. I had booked the transport (from NJP to Kalimpong with sight seeing and drop at NJP) from the property itself and my experience was just awesome. A big thank to Mr. and Mrs. Gurung for their super communication and excellent hospitality.

Very nice and comfortable place with excellent, well behaved and helpful staffs. One of the staff Mr. Bhusan helped us very much and made our stay more pleasant. Nice owners, a good place to stay and I am hoping to stay in future again.

Local market is to far from hotel

Cleanliness and total ambience. Overall rooms are good and spacious.

Food quality is not Good. Not so many options for fooding. Dinner time is too early (8 pm). It should be flexible (like at least till 9 pm to 9.30 pm). Need more options for food. As what ever we tried to order is not available mostly. So we ordered as per their availability and found fooding quality is not so up to the mark.improment in food quality and more fooding option is needed.
