Perfeck location. Huge house, with 4 terrace facing to the see. Roof terrrace. Perfect location. Safe place. Easy parking in the property.

Kitchen is a little bit unequipped, and a little old fashioned. But really no problem at all. Strongly recommend to everybody!

Amazing view. Lots of space. Great terraces. Comfy rooms. Excellent for large families.

Big and comfortable house in good location with the proximity of bus stop to city centre. Very kind and helpful staff! Nice view from the terrace, washing machine and iron available - very useful during staying for one week.

The kitchen could be equipped better with kitchen utensils, especially for group of people (house has 4 bedrooms and sofas in living room).

Great place in the hills above funchal with a super nice view from the big terrace. Ideal situated to explore the eastern part of Madeira. Especially when you want to hike in the mountains, there is now faster way. Silvia is a great host and very supportive.

Some more equipment in the kitchen and some more outdoor furnitures would be nice.

We were met at the house by Sylvia, who showed us where everything was. The house was very clean, the kitchen has most of the equipment that you need. There was a terrace, two balconies and a roof terrace from where we watched the fireworks on New Year’s Eve (we couldn’t have been in a better spot. The house was a little cold ( it was December) but Sylvia was fantastic and brought a small heater for my elderly mother. Sylvia even carried on texting after we left the house to keep us informed regarding new COVID restrictions as we were still staying in Madeira, she was the perfect host. There is a space for a car but there is also a bus stop almost outside the door which runs into Funchal every 20 minutes

It is a massive property for your money One of the best hosting we have ever experienced, had welcome gifts, and chocolate for going away, easy to contact throughout the stay very caring Rooftop great but could easily be done more privite as you feel like there is a 1000 eyes looking at you Wifi on every level of the villa ( fantastic) On the bus route into funchal

No outdoor sitting/dining area on the ground floor, No hot tub ( would pay more and stay another 3 weeks ) - it's more of a personal suggestion as not many places got it in funchal
