We stayed in the small studio apartment. The things we loved: very comfortable high quality bed, decent storage for a studio, very clean and high quality bathroom with good shower, decent kitchen facilities considering the size, nice deck with chairs and table to sit outside. Location was great - peaceful and nice to see the trees and forest in the morning.
If I’m being picky, the view of the disused shed outside. And we weren’t sure who lives in the black bungalow outside. Sometimes we felt we couldn’t leave the curtains open as you can see directly from the bed to the bungalow opposite.

Very relaxing place, excellent bed, bathroom, kitchen. Washing machine and clothesline were fine for the mountain climate. Hosts were very helpful
Just make sure you close the blinds before you leave for the day. The front of the cabin is all windows. And it is west-facing, so the place is like an oven if you leave the blinds up.

Very nice unit with everything you need. Very clean. There was also a bbq for grilling. Convenient location.

This is a beautiful two-bedroom stand-alone house, with modern styling and all facilities, located near the road to the Mt. Cook observatory. It is located in an area with many good restaurants.

I loved everything about house.
well designed and practical.
There is no handles for bathroom which are hard to close, open and locking. Entrance handle is too closed to wall.

it is spacious and well equipped. sufficient heating and also very modern interior design. definitely a comfortable stay for everyone. really thankful to the owner for accepting our last minute booking, making the quick arrangements and letting us have the bigger space. really appreciate it.

A fabulous cabin at the edge of the Twizel town, very quite and dark at night so we can stargaze in the front porch. The place is cosy and warm, with thoughtful design by our host Jill and Tony. It is a love stay for my family, we will definitely come back next time we visit Twizel!

Quiet location, comfortable bed, excellent amenities, towels and linens, superb shower and bathroom and the night sky was amazing.
Excellent communication with owners throughout and thank you for posting on the necklace I had left.
Roller blinds on the main window need swapping over with the narrow one over the door.

We loved the decor, the shower was great, very clean and had all the facilities we needed. About 10 minutes to the supermarket, restaurants and cafes. We stayed here as a base for our walk in Mount Cook.
