The place did not match the pictures in several ways, the front door mat was a trip hazard, falling apart with a quarter inch of dirt underneath. There was no screen door on the front unlike some of the other units. There were not seat pads on the stools as pictured, we made do with towels. The couch was dirty, stained and the Rattan chair had a chunk coming off one arm. There were no screens on the window and the pack patio door. There wasn't a fan available for the room without a window. The sink didn't drain in the bathroom. Positives - the beds were comfortable, the kitchen appliances all worked. The dishes, silverware and glasses were all ok.

Awful! The place smelled bad and didn’t air out after leaving all doors and windows open for a hour. The window and door screens were missing or torn. The window and sliding door tracks were filled with dirt. The windows haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The floor turned my feet black because it was dirty. The washing machine is full of mold. We didn’t feel safe. We were supposed to stay three nights and left after one. I’ve asked for a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay. I haven’t received it. This place was expensive for what it is! We got a cheaper and extremely better room at the Comfort Inn.

The outside area was rundown looking. The main bedroom was missing the screen, the sliding glass door was very hard to open and the screen was cut open. The guest bed was so hard and uncomfortable I slept on the couch. The living area was nicely decorated, the kitchen was stocked well with pots, pans.
My daughter and I still had a lovely stay at the beach, but will not use this company again.

Overall stay was nice.
Disappointed that their was no ac or fans as promised.
Was excited to have a backyard, but sadly due to the grounds and the tree spikes couldnt enjoy the backyard.
Was excited for the laundry, but due to rhe mold growing in the washer seal, didnt deem it sanitary to do laundry.
Beds were old, but comfortable. Would recommend bringing own sheets as i do not believe they're washed.

The owners of this unit put lots of thoughtful touches to make the stay worry free, convenient, and overall delightful. So many things to mention: Cooking utensils, various sized bowls, plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, and the little things like ice already made and ready, some dish detergent, laundry detergent, bar of soap, shampoo, doggy towels in a bucket for messy paws, hooks everywhere for hanging things and staying organized in the small space, and even a Keurig with a few coffee pods. My only input for improvement would be new mattresses and some new pillows, the mattress had that flat divet from weight, at your butt, then a bump in the center, which deters from comfortable sleep. If I rented the unit again, I'd bring a memory foam topper for the bed. The unit also needs new screens on some of the windows. This didn't bother us much though since there aren't many bugs at the beach. We could hear the ocean from bed and had a cool breeze. Just a short walk to the beach or Spaggios, our favorite restaurant in OceanShores. The teens could walk to the mini golf arcade and bike rental place.

We felt very comfortable in this property that had been remodeled with beach themed decor. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking and the bed was comfortable. We even used the backyard to relax. Thankfully we had great weather!

This is an older building that looks like it might have been a motel previously, but our unit was remodeled inside and worked perfect for a long weekend at the beach with friends. Would stay there again.

Unit was just as described. Clean, well stocked with basic essentials and close to town. I liked the roominess of the kitchen. Plenty of counter space to fix meals and leave the grab and go beach items easily accessible. Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. We had no plans for the weekend other than relax. This condo worked perfectly for that. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. This was our first BnB we've arranged to stay at. While there my wife said "no more hotels, only BnB". It was fun watching the birds in the back yard and the occasional deer wander by. We plan to stay here again in the future.

This unit was nicely remodeled and furnished. It was a very small older condo and so very clean that even I didn't feel the need to sanitize anything. We felt safe enough in the area next to bigger hotels and the main route to the beach. I would give it 5 stars if the windows were clean. An older property doesn't bother me as much as lack of maintenance. This unit was occupied by my niece and her family. My sister and I stayed in another unit at these condos, a few doors down. Both units were great and we had no regrets. One thing to note is that the cleaning fees and such do add up so you must realize the total cost, because the rental fees are listed separately.

The condo was clean and comfortable and so close to the beach. We could walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Shopping was very close including the grocery store. If you want a quiet, comfortable, conveniently located place to stay in Ocean Shore, this is the place.

Very upset with BLACK MOLD in windows, slider & washing machine. We had to wipe out windows & washing machine with antibacterial wipes...very gross!
We would definitely stay here again if cleaning service

There were some cleanliness issues at the property. The sliding glass door tract was filled with a nasty, smelly liquid, the shower curtain liner was stained, smelly and disgusting and the interior of the washer was covered with mold. I immediately contacted the property manager Laurie about these issues and she responded with a phone call the next morning that made no sense. She insisted that I emailed her that I was checking out a day early. I never emailed her with anything of that nature. I asked her to send me a copy of the email and she never did. She also insisted that the cleaning staff had left a new shower curtain as well as cleaning products for the washing machine. That was also inaccurate. Nothing was left for us. We were not happy with with the cleanliness of the property and we were not satisfied with the sketchy communication with management 👎

The space was just as beautiful as advertised. Clean, and ready. Dishes and all the kitchen utilities needed to cook.
The only downside I could find is the one bedroom has no window or opportunity for fresh air.
Other than that, I would highly recommend.

The property was as expected based on the description and reviews. It was the perfect place for us to stay 2 nights off-season with our dog. If they had a suggestion box, I would have let them know the heating vents are filled with dust, the coating on the set of nonstick pans is all coming off, and the dishwasher doesn’t seem to be cleaning very well. But overall we were pleased!

We love this place. It had plenty to accommodate the 4 of us plus some. It is within walking distance to the beach and all the other places we needed to go. Conveniently located. When we got there it did smell like someone may have previously smoked it the unit. That is our only complaint. This was such a cute place overall!! The host was thankfully flexible with our check in and check out time, and responded quickly. Great place!!

Very nice 2 bedroom vacation rental. Photos are accurate. Has everything you need in the kitchen. We were only at the rental to mostly sleep as we were visiting family for the holidays, however there were several eating options very close as well as beach access just around the corner.

The interior has been nicely remodeled from an old building that may have been a motel. Unfortunately the yard was pretty sketchy. There was garbage in the yard in front of the glass sliding doors and on the driveway in. It was mostly clean except for the floors. The kitchen is modern and well equipped.

The property itself mirrored the pictures online. It was close to everything downtown in Ocean Shores. Although we couldn't see the ocean from the property, we could hear the ocean from it.

Pleasant Stay
It was a quick getaway for my daughter and I for spring break. Very cute inside despite the exterior. Very homey with everything you need. They were doing some construction in condo next door but they were very polite and courteous. Will stay again 😁

Wonderful place to stay. Great access to the beach. Loved that there was a full kitchen and washer/dryer.

I was forced to quarantine and did not get to stay at the home. The communication with the owner was excellent and they were very understanding of my situation. I highly recommend them and look forward to staying in the future.

Convenient
Stayed here several times and its very cute. There used to be a better selection of kitchen gadgets (no wisk now etc.) but that was okay. The internet went off the second day we were there, we called the manager but they never fixed it. We were able to rent some movies at Redbox for the kids which saved the day. WiFi should be upgraded for sure so that doesn't happen to guests, the place is right in town and not a remote location by any means so no excuse not to have good working internet. I have come here to work remotely before and that would have been a deal breaker!!! Also a little duster than before but overall this place is cute and very close to everything.
