Location is fantastic and we are sure when all the high rise buildings are done with construction the Hotel will return to being a gem 💎 nested in this beautiful garden with this nice pool and greenery around since we been in many other Mövenpick Hotels around the world the only thing they could really improve is there breakfast buffet in terms of choice and freshness for sure!!

Staff professional behavior, i would like to thank Bounas, Tasneem , Friend and all staff. They were very supportive, friendly and respectful. The food was amazing and the hotel facilities were perfect for us. I was very happy and feeling very relax. Its help me alot to get better and spend quit time. The breakfast is excellent. We had the dinner also in the hotel, it was very great. Staff always ready to help and support and always smile. The spa and coffee shops in the hotel are very good and perfect for the guests. You can have coffee time with the river view. You'll be happy to spend time in the resort enjoying the quiteness, gym and spa.

The hotel was very nice. The room was immaculate, and it was a high-tech hotel. For breakfast, it had lots to choose from and with a healthy view.

The location was poor, and building works surrounded the hotel producing an extortionate amount of noise - for a wellness resort, it was a waste of time and money.

I had stayed here many times when it was the Hilton and loved the charm the great staff and the special garden where my daughter used to pick fruit.

Before arrival the hotel asked me to ‘reconfirm’ a fixed, prepaid booking, that could not be cancelled, this is not Booking.com policy, and took help from Booking to sort out whilst I was travelling in rural Cambodia. The hotel has sold off most of the garden where a 25 story building is now being constructed a few meters from the hotel. The desk and kitchen staff had very poor language skills, the desk staff asked for money. My flight from Phnom Penh was delayed and my dinner plans had to change as eatery’s locally had closed. It took more than an hour and numerous phone calls to get a dreadful offering that was nothing like what I had ordered.

It was clean, well-maintained, quiet (despite the construction of other buildings happening outside the hotel). The healthy food options for breakfast at Nourish; Khum Hôm served us a phenomenal dinner menu (our servers Sar and Nat were awesome). Thor, the manager at concierge was very helpful.

While it is a stone’s throw from the BTS station and Central Embassy (5-8min walk), it feels much further than it is due to the heat! Also not a fault of the property, but there’s no convenience shops nearby the hotel. There is a Starbucks in the annex building opposite the main hotel building, along with a few other restaurants and a pharmacy, but these closed quite early when we were there.

Breakfast too monotone and not many variations for 5 stars hotel. Got room in the front of construction, even though already requested for quieter room. Still consider walkable, but a free shuttle from hotel to nearest BTS is nice
