We were two couples around 70 years old with some minor mobility problems. We had a great time exploring the Cinque Terre even though we didn’t use any of the hiking trails. Taking the train and ferry was enough. Beautiful area.

Perfect place for our last-minute visit. Everything was excellent for our stay. 4 of us stayed and enjoyed both the apt and city.

Enzo is such a nice guy always there when you need him !! The apartment has everything you need and it’s so clean love the location ! it’s so close to the beach and the neighborhood is so beautiful I definitely recommend this place it’s perfect 🤩

Sometimes I hate leaving these excellent reviews because I know once the secret is out it will be so hard to rebook. Out of gratitude to Enzo I feel like I must. From the first contact with him we felt like we had a connection to the Cinque Terra. He was quick to offer his help with any questions we had, and even helped with other portions of our Italy trip that we needed an “insiders” expertise on. He was that guy that would help without making it seem like it was a big deal. Everything was “no problem”, and when our trip ended up with an unexpected complication caused by a late cancellation by another VRBO property, Enzo went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t stranded. It ended up being a blessing in disguise. The property itself is fantastic! There is no seaside view which made me ponder, but in return you get an outdoor space over looking a lively part of town. This doesn’t mean it’s noisy, just fun. You’re right in the middle of great restaurants and shopping . Close enough to the beach just to go for a quick dip. The ferry and train are also easy to get to. Our daughter has some health issues and we were worried about a steep climb with luggage, this property is easily accessible even for those with challenges. The stairs are two flights up so you’d have to be able to manage that. Fully equipped with thoughtful extras to make you trip more enjoyable. It even had a 4 person picnic cooler for the beach. We look forward to returning one day. It was the best part of our trip! Grazie Mille Enzo!

Enzo’s property is a fabulous location and clean and has all the amenities you need. Enzo is very easily reached. Wonderful stay

Excellent location in Monterosso. Close to the beach, restaurants, and hiking trails. Great communication from Enzo before and during our 4 night stay. Clean, bright, modern apartment with nice amenities. Great air conditioner. Best Wi-Fi in Italy! Lovely views up and down Via Roma. Grocery store nearby for beer, wine, food, and toiletries. We had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend this place. We will be back. Grazie!

5 wonderful nights/days at our apartment in the center of the Old Town! Perfect location and a wonderful host, Enzo! The attention to detail in the apartment is amazing and very well thought out-washing machine, drying area, 2 comfortable bedrooms and bathroom with plenty of cabinets and great shower. The terrace looks out over the entire town and we spent much time there enjoying the town waking up and going to sleep. There were many shops and great restaurants outside our door. Enzo was there to answer all questions and made us feel welcome and comfortable. When we return to the Cinque Terra we will certainly call Enzo and return here.

This apartment is in a great location! Enzo was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time exploring the area. There are some steep steps to climb to get to the apartment, but there are stairs everywhere in Cinque Terre. Would definitely stay there again.

What a fabulous location for a week in Monterosso! We toured Cinque Terre with this lovely apartment as our home. The apartment was in the center of old Town. Perfect for restaurants, train trips to the other villages, as well as boat trips and excursions . Enzo arranged for our transfer from the airport in Genoa and met us upon arrival. He offered suggestions for restaurants and they were all excellent. We had a superb host. We could not have been treated better. Truly a week to remember forever!

This place is great: location can’t be better, in the center, balcony with great view is a bonus. The place is clean, nicely decorated, with a homey feel. Enzo was great: super nice, had a lot of good local recommendations. Dual pane windows remove street noise well. Overall, we had fantastic stay!

La location est bine située au cœur du village et de sa vie, très proche des restaurants, pour rejoindre la gare une ballade très agréable. Le parking payant n'est pas très loin, c'est un plus dans 5 terres pour ceux qui veulent arriver en voiture.

Absolutely wonderful apartment in the heart of the historic district in Monterosso. The beds were really comfortable and the amenities provided were great. Enzo was a fantastic host. Highly recommended!

Enzo is a great guy. We stayed in his appertment in the center of Monterosso with a terras overseeing the main street. 2 min walk from the beach. The appartment is light and clean. Enzo is ftom Monterosso his family line goes all the way back to the thirteen century so he has a ton of information to share and all questions are replied to within minutes through whatsapp. Thnx Enzo! Spesso si danno 5 stelle per cortesia, altre volte perchè effettivamente ci si è trovati bene. Poi ci sono occasioni, edbil Borgo Antico è una di queste, in cui ti rammarichi di non poter dare una sesta stella. Perchè la cordialità, la pulizia, le dotazioni (infissi,condizionatori, stoviglie...) ed il senso generale di accoglienza trovati qui meritano 6 stelle. E lode.

I doubt there's a better location in Monterosso. Just 5mins walk to the start of the famous blue trail hike to Venazza and only ten minutes to the train station. The apartment is in the centre surrounded by shops wine bars and restaurants overlooking the main street Via Roma. Yet inside is a peaceful retreat where you can escape the heat and bustle of the day and enjoy a restful nights sleep. Bright and tastefully decorated the apartment is roomy with 2 genuine double bedrooms and lots of wardrobe space. The large beds were super comfortable and the wifi and aircon extremely efficient as were all of the many appliances provided. We didn't cook but it would have been relatively easy to eat in as the kitchen makes good use of it space and is well equipped with largely new appliances . Enzo has also provided many of those basic ingredients necessary for all types of cooking. The bathroom is large enough and boasts a great shower and again many smaller necessities are provided. It's a flat walk from the railway station and the directions were spot on. Check in was very straightforward. Enzo is a very genuine and generous host who went out of his way to ensure everything went smoothly. He provided detailed recommendations and info of restaurants and the general area.His shop is almost opposite and he is easily contacted. We had a great holiday enjoyed meeting Enzo and staying in his beautiful apartment. A return trip is very much on the cards.
