Oakhaven Cottage offre comfort per sei persone con tre camere da letto: un re e una regina al piano inferiore e una camera da letto matrimoniale al piano superiore con il proprio bagno completo. La sala da pranzo e il soggiorno con 6 posti a sedere e la sala al piano superiore sono perfetti per guardare film o assistere al grande gioco. Our stay was fantastic. 5 stars all the way around. The home is located in a quaint neighborhood near downtown Tulsa and the fairgrounds. The owners have done a fabulous job decorating and maintaining the home and it worked well for us. We also highly recommend Mondo's and Italian restaurant in Tulsa! The snacks left by the owners were appreciated and all in all this was a 10 out of 10. Perfect for our visit!

This cottage is perfect!!! It was super clean, very cute and incredibly close to the Expo Center. We used this cottage as out home base and it was very accessible to everything that we needed. The accomodations were well thought out and the bedding was comfortable. A very clean space with wonderful artwork from local artists! Will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay hosting our three adult children for our granddaughter’s first Christmas. The cottage was spacious, cute and had everything we could have needed plus some. We are already planning long weekends for next year for more family dinners here. Thank you for helping us make it special!

Such a delightful few days in this warm, welcoming, well-appointed home. Every detail is taken care of perfectly. Great beds/ linens and a kitchen with all accoutrements. Beautiful art and stained glass pieces. Total comfort!! Would stay there again without question. Hosts were very accommodating.

We were visiting our daughter at the University, and we really felt at home. They’ve done a wonderful job, the house is full of life and local art. We will be back.

The neighborhood is very quiet. The house has a sweet spirit and is quiet as well. The sunroom in the front was a great place to sit and read and enjoy the sunshine while inside nice neighbors, the neighbors on either side were very pleasant and always spoke when they saw us and my dogs enjoyed seeing their pups when they were in the backyard. We noticed that the backyard was seated heavily with additional fescue grass seed. The grass in the backyard is somewhat sparse, and it rained one evening very hard so the next morning we had dirty doggy feet clean up before they came back in the house. When this additional seed grows in, it’ll be a great yard.

My husband and I along with two friends stayed at this fabulous house. It is easy to find, the owners are very responsive, the kitchen is updated and has everything you need, the linens are plentiful and nice, the house is spotlessly clean, there are snacks and cold water upon arrival along with other items in the cabinets.The first floor bathroom is beautifully updated and there are two bedrooms on that floor that are well appointed. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom along with a sitting/family room. The porch is a pleasant place to read a book and just relax. Outside the backdoor is a lovely, private deck with great furniture and awesome lighting. The laundry is near the kitchen and is very easy to use. There are items for pets in the cabinets alongside the washing machine. The owners have thought of everything and we would definitely stay there again. It is a gem!!!

The downstairs of the cottage is just perfect for 2 people or 2 couples. All the appliances are top of the line, and the enclosed porch is lovely for relaxing - just the 2 of us. The stairs going up are not safe for older people like us. If a person has any sort of difficulty getting around, it's not a good idea to venture up there. The host was most friendly and helpful.

We all felt at home during our stay. The home had all the amenities we needed. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood that was close to Expo Square where we were attending a horse show.

Better than expected!! Quaint. So many special touches that we did not anticipate. The 2nd story was worth the trek up the steep vintage stairs. We had a wonderful relaxing stay in the charming stone cottage.

2 friends and I stayed at this lovely cottage. The property is located in a very quaint neighborhood that is quiet and felt very safe etc at night.
The house itself was very clean, well appointed, and very comfortable making you feel, “at home.”
We will stay again. We loved our stay.
The following is not a complaint by any means, but future “renters” should know that the staircase to the upstairs is quite a steep climb. This could possibly cause problems if the people staying had any physical limitations regarding a steep flight of stairs.

These owners know how to do it! This was such a charming and cozy home with everything we would need to make our stay just right. Unfortunately, a big storm that passed through before we arrived had strewn sticks and tree limbs everywhere outside. But, on whole, is was fantastic and we hope to be back!

Oakhaven Cottage was lovely. It was perfect for our group of 6 longtime friends celebrating a special birthday. It was quiet, peaceful, and very comfortable. The cottage was very well supplied and we did not lack for anything. Plenty of hot water, towels, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and serving utensils. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch one evening and watching fireflies! Oakhaven is close to many good restaurants and not far from downtown. (Our group recommends dinner at Sisserou’s Caribbean restaurant. Great food!)
We will definitely be back sometime, and several of us mentioned wanting to come back with husbands for a special getaway.

What an adorable, charming house! Clean, set up perfectly & don't get us started on the artwork! My husband & I love art & this house was like walking through an art gallery! We loved it! The back porch was peaceful & perfect for relaxing & visiting! Would definitely stay again! Very much recommend if you are visiting the tulsa area

The cottage was VERY clean and had everything that was needed for a rental & some! The front sun room is cozy and a great spot to read. Overall, I was looking for a quiet house to relax before a race and this listing delivered 5/5. There was minimal car traffic down the street the entire time despite being so close to everything Tulsa related.

My family and I stayed here over a long weekend for our daughter's TU commencement. The entire visit was outstanding and far exceeded expectations - from late night check-in through departure. The house was perfect, contained all the comfortable touches, and fit our needs to a "T", while communications with the owners were always completed within 5 minutes of outreach. A number of guests stopped by throughout the visit and all complemented the property. In particular, as we stayed in early May on a weekend that was in the high 80s, and the large back porch created the perfect spot (nice breeze) for a coffee or to visit with guests. We even met a couple neighbors who were very friendly. The owners' care and pride are evident, and we would absolutely stay here on future visits to Tulsa.

We were 3 couples all over 65, the property worked perfect! Very clean and well organized!! There was a storm and high winds, we lost power for several hours, our hosts kept us informed and came to pick up sticks after the storm passed! I would give this an all star rating and would totally recommend this property! The outdoor patio is the best!! Nice fenced back yard for the dog.

We have stayed at a number of VRBOs in Tulsa over the past year while visiting our daughter at college. The Oakhaven cottage has been the best by far. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants, shopping, the freeway, and airport. The cottage is clean, welcoming , well equipped., and the host were very accommodating. We enjoyed having our coffee in the sunroom each morning.

My husband, sister, brother-in-law, and I stayed for 4 nights, and everything was terrific. The house was super clean and well appointed. The beds and bedding were just right. The neighborhood was very quiet. Highlights of our stay were cooking and eating meals together, hanging out on the back porch, and visiting the Dylan and Guthrie Centers downtown. I would recommend this house for Tulsa visitors, for sure.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The property was quaint and unique. Beautiful updates and decor throughout. Very nice accommodations. Plenty of room for 5-6 adults. Well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to fair grounds/expo center. Quiet neighborhood, ample parking. The stairs to the upstairs are a little steep. No problem for our family but something to consider when planning where folks will sleep.

The cottage is so charming and cozy, but surprisingly spacious and accommodating. It was a welcome retreat during a hectic wedding weekend! From coffee in the mornings on the back deck, to falling in to comfy beds after late nights, it was a perfect home away from home! The hosts were responsive and gracious to any requests! Looking forward to booking again!
