La localisation est bien, la déco est sympa et le personnel réactif. Les petites dose de café font plaisir :)

Mauvaise isolation, on étendais la personne d’à côté comme si elle était avec nous. Plus d’eau chaude en plein milieu d’une douche…

Super schönes Apartment mitten in der Stadt! Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass man auf jeden Fall etwas schnelles kochen kann. Die Straße ist ruhig und dennoch ist man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Auch die Kommunikation verlief super.

The property is in a great location and has a comfortable bed.

There was an issue accessing the property due to being provided with the wrong code for the lockbox multiple times. I booked this place as it said it had a washer/dryer, however they weren’t located in the apartment itself and due to poor communication with the host I was only told an hour before check out that they’re on the second floor, so I was unable to use them. There was only about 3 minutes worth of hot water in the shower before it turned very cold. The cutlery wasn’t very clean and the kettle was full of limescale.

Simple clean studio in a convenient location for visiting Rouen and for local transportation.

Location is near bars, from which people stream until early morning shouting. Windows had to be open because it was very hot, so that made it difficult to sleep.

Lucie & Alexandre are really kind and nice! the apartment is clean and comfortable, but most of all is at the right center of the city!

Very well thought out and well presented. Small but comfortable and everything in good condition. Excellent location near the market and my room had a view of the cathedral spire. Sofa bed perfectly comfortable. Heating and wifi worked well.

Very minor: a shelf in the bathroom would have been very helpful as there isn't much space. Some late night noise from other residents. Instructions to work coffee machine would be useful.

the apartment is right next to the centre so is easy to reach all the city's touristic places

Loved location, very easy to find, staff were exceptional, did not expect to find a fridge there so another bonus.

Only one downside, my wife found the bed uncomfortable for her, but no real problem.

Strategic Location Very clean Well organized

The flat is very small once the bed sofa was open it took the entire space so no room to move or to open the luggage It does not fit three people and this was not clear for us. The loft with the Queen bed is really low and you need to sneak to go to sleep
