House and property is beautiful. We traveled from out of state There were 3 bath towels and no linens, no sheets or pillows cases. We used all four bedrooms. We received the welcome letter the day after we arrived informing myself and out of state members we could rent linens and could google a local business. Renters beware

This is our third year at this beautiful beach house, and every year when we enter, we are surprised by how lovely and clean is. It was a very hot week and the air conditioning was so appreciated. The beds are comfy, the furnishings great, and the fabulous kitchen and grill met all our dining needs! And of course, we loved the opportunity to sample the Charlestown beaches with the complementary pass.
We had many wonderful dinners and family events at this beautiful home, and look forward to many more!

The rental location was perfect – nestled in a quiet section of town – but close enough to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
The house was clean and well decorated. Attention to detail was evident in every room, creating a cozy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare meals with ease, and the comfortable living spaces provided the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the area.
The communication with the property owner was good. He was prompt in responding to inquiries and provided all the necessary details about the rental. The booking process was straightforward, making the entire experience stress-free.
Overall, our experience with this rental was great. It offered a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and charm.

The house is fabulous. It is spacious and immaculate. With so many amenities! The beach pass- huge!! The kitchen - the hub - is so large and well equipped that it made family dinners a dream. We enjoyed eating inside at the large dining room and outside- on the deck. And the new grill was such a treat- we made daily use of that!! We loved the outside shower for after long sandy days at the beach. And the clothesline for wet beach towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Safe for our kids to walk and bikeride. All and all, we loved the house and are grateful you generously shared it with us. We made memories to last us - until next year!

Beautiful and spacious house! Five minute drive to Charlestown Beach. The beach had 10 lifeguards on duty, the waves were gentle, the water was warm enough to swim, the beach was clean and gorgeous! Del's soft frozen lemonade on beach! The house was relaxing to come back to after a nice day at the beach!

Beautiful Vacation House in Quiet Neighborhood
This home totally exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. We had a very hot week and really appreciated the air conditioning, the outside shower, and the master bath! We ate in most of the time, and the lovely kitchen had absolutely everything we needed.
Rob was very easy to deal with and we’d love to vacation there again!

WE ALL LOVED THE HOUSE, IT ACCOMMODATED EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED.THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR WHAT WE NEEDED AND EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING OF THIS BOOKING TO THE END OF THE VACTION WAS ABSLOTULEY WONDERFUL. WE WOULD DEFINITLEY LOOK TO BOOK THIS HOUSE AGAIN IF WE DECIDE TO GO TO RHODE ISLAND AGAIN. (WHICH I THINK WE WILL BE NEXT YEAR). ROB AND HIS WIFE WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF WE HAD A CONCERN. Great house and host!
We enjoyed our stay in Charlestown at this beautiful house. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Unfortunately out weather was not great but we were grateful to have a nice place to hang out when we couldn’t be outside. The check in was easy and the host was kind enough to call me before our arrival and filled me in on local spots.

Great stay at Lobster Lodge
We really enjoyed our stay at Lobster Lodge. The house was very clean and well maintained. It was great to be able to vacation with our canine companion in Rhode Island. The beach-themed decor in the house was fun to look at. We’d love to return, hopefully with better weather next time.

The property was as described, plenty of dishes, etc. I had a question when we arrived at the house and Rob was very helpful. The week we stayed was extremely hot and humid, the air in the house was just what was needed! It was great to be able to have our dog with us, it is difficult to find pet friendly rentals.

Thank you Rob for another great stay at your lovely home! This house is well kept and in a great location!!!! Great beaches only 5 minutes away and a short drive to many restaurants and activities. The owners provide everything you need and respond quickly to any concerns. This was our 2nd year in a row at this location and will be back next year!!

Pretty Good! Cute house!
Everyone is different, so of course this is just my subjective experience at Rob and Diane's place. Overall, a decent place to stay!
The pros: beach pass, beach chairs, nice neighborhood, private, quiet, good location for beaches and Ninigret, AC, washer and drier.
The cons: WiFi didn't work the entire time (yes, we were logged in properly..and we tried power cycling it several times).
Small kitchen with no spices or basic essentials, like olive oil. No soap for the shower either. (We know to bring most things...but other rentals have had at least slices and soap). Must bring your own linens, towels, beach towels, which proved difficult as we are a family of 4 with a RAV4...it just added a lot of luggage. No fire pit.
Rob was very nice and helpful, and a good communicator, which I appreciated. Our week had great weather and wonderful beach days, which was a blessing!

My family had a fantastic time at this house in Charlestown. The house had everything we needed. The location was in a prime location and we enjoyed the beautiful Blue Shutters Beach. We would definitely rent this property again for future vacations!

The house was PERFECT for our family!! Rob and Diane provided everything that we needed for the entire week. It was close to so many great beaches and restaurants. The deck was great and the outside shower was a great addition for our family. The house is very clean and perfect as described.

Once again we had a thoroughly fabulous week. The weather was perfect and the cottage was in tip top shape for our needs. Rob responded quickly to our one minor issue with the trash pickup. Looking forward to 2018!

The Perfect cottage, only wished it was closer to beach and had ocean views.
Great cottage for those of us who are not big fans of direct sunlight, bright rooms, and humidity. The cottage was cool & dark which was perfect. The AC units were a God send because the weather was VERY humid. A bit disappointed in the area because other than going to the beach, there isn't anything else to do if it's hot & humid. We brought our bikes in hopes of riding through the very quiet neighborhood but it was too humid. There werent any good shopping areas for ocean side souvenirs or trinkets. But, there were plenty of chain stores in Westerley such as Walmart, Stop and Shop, Michaels, Home Goods, JC penney, Job Lots, Benneys, Pier One Imports and Dollar Tree. All in all, I realized the whole experience wasn't for me but the cottage is a wonderful place to rent if you love driving to the beach, humidity, rain, mosquitos, fishing, watching TV, reading and not shopping. Rob & Diane are wonderful & so is their cottage, just havery a back up plan in case of bad weather.

Well kept quiet neighborhood
This was the 3rd year that we rented this house and each year gets better.It was a pleasant surprise to arrive and find so much had been updated. From the floors to the appliances and furniture it made for an even more enjoyable stay. Looking forward to next year!

Nice house and area. Cleaners not so much.
When we arrived garbage cans were both full and smelly. House was as described except for TV's - none in the bedroom. Very good sized house for our large family. We did not have pets in the house but our full deposit was not returned - cleaners claimed we had a dog in the house and owners state neighbors are watching and we had a dog..which we most certainly did not! Don't even own one. Gas grill is dangerous, beyond what a renter should have to clean but was told if we wanted to use it, was our responsibility. Can't recommend based upon our experience. Sorry.

Beautiful, Clean and Private ~ LOVELY
We just got home from a fantastic week in this beautifully decorated home. We arrived to a clean very well updated and well cared for property. The reverse floor plan worked very well for us with a large family. The deck worked great for cooking for us. (Ran out of gas but many close local places to refill.). Fresh Seafood is nearby as well as local farms.
Owners were right on top of any issues we had and returned my call right away when we had a problem with dryer which was awesome to vacation by the beach and be able to do some laundry right at home.
Just pack your sheets and towels, a bathing suit and some sunscreen the rest is all right there. The Beach pass to two local beaches was a great bonus!!! Charlestown is a quaint beach town and close to everything. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood has NO traffic and streets are posted at 10 miles an hour due to size of the roads and kids able to ride bikes around with no worries.
Rob and Diane you should post some newer pics the ones you have up are nice but don't do it justice. This beautiful house is Defintely a place to make many memories. I know we just added a bunch in our family!! Thank You!! Laurie

Nice Cottage
This was a great vacation house. It is very close to some of the best beaches in Rhode Island and includes a free pass to two of those beaches.
It is very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. It has so many features to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. The outside shower is a nice feature. If you decide to eat in, you can use the full service kitchen or use the great Webber gas grill on the deck overlooking the pond. If you decide to eat out you have to check out Champlains in Point Judith for sea food. Or check out Food Network star Guy Fieri's recomendation for the Crazy Burger in Narragansette.
Owner's are very friendly and provide great customer service. I would not only recommend this property to a friend, but will rent again in the future.
