Das Badezimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen größer sein. Ausserdem hatten wir leider nur Duschhandtücher und keine für die Hände.

Its accessibility to SM. Its welcoming staff. Nice and clean room made our short stay comfortable and great.

good location; professional staff. it’s a new hotel

the double beds are awfully small. perhaps 1m in width. the size is a joke! you turn and you’d fall. I don’t think it’s value for money. i had stayed at equally-priced hotels with better beds/rooms. also, the bathrooms products were difficult to dispense.

We were awaken at past 3 in the morning due to the smell of paint thinner. Called front desk and complianed about the smell. It was found out that they were working /painting in one of the room below us.

There was No shower caps when I asked for it sec Erap timesz. The housekeeping and the info personnel were not attentive in answering the phone . I have to Go downstairs to ask for a towel , since they’re not answering my call several times 🥺😢

Only the breakfast in the restaurant are so common - corned beef, sausage, daing or dried something. I came from the US so i expect local food and fruits. I want to eat something that we do not have it here in the US.

Jimmy on front desk never looked up. Had head down looking at computer. I had to get his attention to serve me. We had a few bags and we put them in a trolley. No staff offered any help. Cydric who was at the pool was AMAZING. Friendly and attentive. He deserves a pay increase!!!. Keep him as he’s a good team member!!

Breakfast was good, location wise excellent.

At one point shower wasn’t working no water supply in the middle of a shower due to maintenance.

The air condition turned off in the middle of the night and lots of mosquitoes in the room

Sehr gute Lage, dennoch ruhig so das man gut schlafen kann. Die Suiten sind ok, aber die regulären Doppelzimmer empfehle ich nicht. Pool mit Bar ist sehr schön und alles sauber. Cafe im Erdgeschoss und Frühstück sind ebenfalls top.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Location was great. And the easy access to SM City mall was a bonus. Also liked the water station and the proactiveness in removing single use plastic water bottles. I also liked the tv station offerings, lighting and the switches for do not disturb or attendance calls.

I asked for extra large bed and was given two singles. Front desk said they would get housekeeping to join the two and confirmed there’d be something on top of the beds because I was concerned that joining two would create a big gap in the middle and there’s no point combining it if it’s like that. Housekeeping didn’t come and I followed it up two hours later and I was told they’d be coming. I went out and came back four hours later, nobody’s fixed the bed so I called them again and finally someone came. But as I feared, there was no joining mattress topper after the two single beds were joined so I could not sleep in the middle of the bed because of a gap between them. I also found the food hit and miss. Either too salty or meat items were too tough or over cooked. Cakes or sweet slices during breakfast were also either dry or heavy.
