The staff very accommodating ,I am happy for their services .
The whole room was soo smelling bad from the bathroom, toilet not flushing . I booked via booking.com includes breakfast for two, when I went down to the restaurant ,the Receptionist approached us that I need to pay for my daughter breakfast and it cost for 500/600PHP. Not funny though.

Great location near the Festive Walk. Great view of the city and the staff was always helpful. The food in the breakfast buffet was always good.
Hot water doesn't get enough sometimes, and the pillows were flat.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The room overlooking the pool and view of the city was excellent. The breakfast was buffet was very good and the staff was always gracious and kind to us during our stay.
The hot water didn't always work like it supposed to.. It would be lukewarm on some days and be hot on other days.
Better pillows would be a big help. They are really flat.

I was disappointed not to be able to go for a swim very early in the morning. Our previous hotel pool was open from 6am.

poor management and customer service which brought me to this point to give them one star.
the hotel has different protocols in charging guests.
they do their best not to charge you via this app and you get to to pay it at the property either in cash or via card.
their explanation during the check-in is not enough either its a security deposit or its an optional amount to be on hold and it takes a long time for them to release the amount on your card.
watch this out and dont let them to hold any amount on your card at any circumstances.

The Toilet didn't flush good needed a plumber to come up to the room everyday of our stay,we stayed in room 621,
that room has defenitly some plumbing problems the showerdrain did not work either and flooded the whole bathroom

The property was clean, secure and looks just like the photos. Location and rates were great! Malls and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast buffet opens early 6am. That was great for us early risers. Theres an in house spa, fitness center and pool with bar!

Hotel Personnel were very friendly, attentive and helpful in all our queries and concerns. Food served/offered during breakfast (buffet) was also good.
Maybe just the coffee inside the room—could have a stronger one.
