The room was great, and the staff very friendly. Good location also.
Wifi was terrible. 2 to 3 times a day had to ask front desk to reconnect our wifi.

I liked the staff and the location
The facility wasn't ready as the air conditioner needed to be replaced and fridge was unplugged

Location- close to bars if you are planning for a night out
Rooms are old, not as clean, there was an awful smell when we first entered the room.

Food
Needs remodeling and tv listings were not that good. Noise was bad and the club crowd was screaming and yelling for hours. We did enjoy the food. Parking was bad and limited. Lots of bugs in room and wasn't cleaned very good.

Excellent and upscale location in the city center
The room is very clean and the room service is excellent and fast
The internet is very fast and the air conditioning is very good
I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel, they are very kind and quick to respond to requests and a classy treatment
The reception staff are so friendly I felt like they were my family I love them all
Thank you hotel staff and management and we will be back again soon❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Love the pool area, love the way the rooms that we stayed in is just in fornt of the pool, plus everything is near SM,tatoys eatery, lots of bars and restaurants sorounnding.
The door was a little bit broken, its to tough to open and close, we took 2 rooms and the other room we have to open it from the entrace (not a great one just in case there's a fire) the ref where we stayed in wasn't working, even the tele was not working and one of the main lights it was hanging.
