Great host, very nice and friendly. Everything is according tot he description, clean and calm place. In the garden you have a fantastic restaurant with great food.

very small room. not good if you are claustrophobic No natural light. weak wifi no TV signal , entrance by restaurant parking . Host not very available or helpful. Ants in the bathroom. Dogs barking at night.

Within walking distance to the main beach and town. We had a car but chose to walk everywhere. There are three Supermarkets and two pharmacies very close to the property. Good parking at the property and they have a restaurant right beside the property.

Very clean and nice apartment. It is suitable for longer holiday stay and families with kids. All equipment in kitchen is good, so it is possible to cook. Conditioner is working well. Parking is next to the door. There is a nice green private terrace for guestsy. All towels from the beach can be dried outside on the drier device. Location is perfect, 3 supermarkets are nearby. Also there is a number of cafes, smaller shops, pharmacy, laundry washing facility. Perfect beaches (private and free) are couple min walk away. At the beaches there are beach cafes and bars. This apartment is a bit distant from the noisy center (some 5-7 min of walk), so there is no party or other noises at night. Area is safe. Host is friendly, answers questions fast. He gave us a lot of useful information about the city, places, beaches what was a super extra. Special thanks to the restaurant La Pergola which is owned by the same family and is just next door to the apartment. It was such a great experience for foreign tourists like us: delicious food (home made pastas with local wine) in authentic Italian place. It was unforgettable! ❤️

The property is comfortable, quiet and very clean. Only 400mt from the city center and close to the main city beaches which can be reached by foot. The rest of the immaculate local beaches like Zambrone, Capo Vaticano, Bagheria etc are reachable in a few minutes by car. Domenico, who runs the property is very available, friendly and helpful! Opposite to the main gate there is a yummy patisserie/ cafe for breakfasts with fresh pastries + a small supermarket, pharmacy etc. Domenico’s family is very friendly too and they run a restaurant with traditional cuisine and fresh seafood just a few mt away from the property. All highly recommended!!!

Very nice apartament, well equipped - there was everything you need, very comfortable bed, nice intimate terrace, good localization, great restaurant on the property, after sampling, we only ate there, close to a large store, the host very nice and helpful, despite the lack of air conditioning was ok, the fan was enough but I do not know how in July and August, I highly recommend!!!
