We had a great time. House is stocked well. Would suggest a griddle for pancakes. Musty smell down stairs but not unbearable. Beds are comfy. Awesome water pressure in the showers. Totally noticed the Speed Queen washer & dryer. Best brand ever. I would suggest to friends, unless you have difficulty with stairs.

Amazing location with otherworldly beaches and access to best local hiking. All the instructions were helpful and soecific. The house had everything we needed!

Homey house just off the beach. Hot tub with ocean view was amazing. VRBO didn’t give me checkin instructions but an email with property management. They were quick to get me hose code and Wi-Fi login. The only thing that would have been nice was if there were a couple of beach chairs. Spent a lot of time on the deck. Beds were comfortable and we had a wonderful visit. I strongly recommend the management company.

Disappointed with our stay
The ceiling in the 1st floor was leaking a lot after the rain. I notified the office immediately when it was found. No call back or time to have it fixed. We had to use most of the towels to keep wiping it up. I wouldn’t rent again. Musty smell upon entering. Seems like the problem has been there awhile . I feel some of our money should have been refunded

Had a great girl's weekend. Loved sitting in the hot tub and watching the ocean. We plan to return!!

Needs work
I did a review shortly after my visit and never heard back from I believe Meridith Lodging. My daughter almost broke her arm on bad stair carpet that wasn’t attached.The house was dirty and many things didn’t work. I expected a refund or something but never got a response. I won’t be returning

Christmas Stay
The weather was amazing. It is a great location. Couple things hot tub was good, needs the water changed, it wasnt very clean. Garbage disposal was broke so the dishwasher backed up everytime we used it. Dishwasher rack was broken, so almost fell out everytime it was opened. There is a loose carpet on the stairs that make it very dangerous. Two of us fell down the stairs. The down stairs smelt like cigarette smoke. Not enough towels for six people, was glad for the washer and dryer.
We loved the view. The sunsets and moon sets were spectacular. Plenty of parking. Close to stores and shopping.

Great location, but some shortcomings
Pros:
The view is fantastic.
Beach access is great, only 1 1/2 blocks away.
Hot tub and grill both worked, lovely.
The beds were very comfortable and there was enough room for 10 as advertised.
The WiFi worked.
The property manager was very nice when we met her on our first day.
Cons:
We couldn't get into the house until almost 7pm(check-in is at 5) because the cleaning people had left the key and the lock box in the house and the code wouldn't work for the door. Extremely frustrating.
There's not enough supplies for a house that can fit 10. There's 8 large plates, 17 forks, causing us to have to do dishes a couple times a day. There's no sheets for the cot or the pull out sofa. There's 2 washcloths for the entire house, etc.
Because of the later check-in time, we thought we would walk in and the house would smell fresh and clean and possibly a little bit of bleach because of Covid. It did not. The house smelled musty and mildewy and a little like urine.
The kitchen chairs, there's 2of them that need to be replaced. There's nails coming out the sides of the seats.
We're going to go off of the checkout guidelines on the Meredith Lodging portal because there's nothing here that tells us what to do.

Roads End Airbnb
This place was a great place to stay for a family of ten. A short walk to the ocean was amazing! The amenities were great. The only problem we had were how steep and narrow the steps were.

Beautiful Home and Spectacular Views
We loved our stay at Roads End. Almost everything we needed was here in the house. Plenty of pillows,towels, extra bedding and that view is truly spectacular! I will say that the listing is correct and the stairs were so steep we had to block it was a baby gate and the playpen as not to let the baby anywhere near them, Also we found that there was no folder/ binder to explain how things worked in the house including the WIFI as no password was provided, so we spent our 4 days without it. We wish we would have brought movies as the tv continued to cut in and out, that was a little bothersome. It was nice, for me at least to get “unplugged” for a few days and play some games with my husband and kids! Lastly, we will have to wing “check out” since there is no instructions on what we need to do except for how to lock the doors when we leave. All in all we had a great time,

Had an awesome vacation and the house did not disappoint well worth it. Great view and the location is pretty convenient not far from a beach access point. Very clean and well equipped no need to bring much and the rooms are pretty spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The one and only thing I have to say was that the internet would continuously disconnect not a huge problem as a vacation is to get away but was a bit annoying other than that overall great home and would completely recommend coming here.

We loved our vacation rental house! The view was fantastic from the big windows in front to the wonderful deck! The hot tub was on the front deck so also a wonderful view from there! It was average+. The location was great, house was in decent shape/cleanliness, and we enjoyed our stay. However, I was disappointed with Meredith Lodging's customer service. Shortly before our trip started I had a voice mail that told me we would be unable to get into the house until 6pm. 3 families from 3 towns (us being an 8hr drive away) had made prior plans for the earlier check-in time, meals, etc., and I thing it is unacceptable to not give someone what they paid for (i.e., time in the house). I received two other emails stating an earlier check-in time, so called to confirm, was put on hold for quite some time, to be told no and they're sorry. unacceptable.

Five of us stayed at this rental for the Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the house very much. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and the house was well equipped for all our gourmet cooking and hot tub relaxing. The beds were comfortable. We had to call about the lock box location. There are two and, of course, we chose the wrong one, but a short phone call cleared that up. I suggest you park in the back, near the garage. It's easier to unload your car from there. Take the next driveway and don't be put off by the fence. You *will* see the parking area. The best part of my stay was waking up to birdsong, seeing deer early in the morning, and hearing the seals frolicking in the waves. The hot tub was a delicious bonus.

The Vacation Villa was a great spot for out Girls Weekend in Lincoln City. All 9 of us fit great. We all had a bed, except 1 of us was on the pull out couch. It was a clean, well stocked rental. It had plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies, and even a washer and dryer. The tv upstairs was small when we watched the NCAA tournament, the big garbage can by the road was so full we couldn't put out garbage in it, and they had a horrible can opener in the kitchen. The only thing that really bothered us was the hot tub being broken. We only booked that spot because it had a hot tub and then we get there and it doesn't work. Definitely bummed, wish they would have told us it was having issues. But when we did call Meredith Lodging they gave us late check-out. It was only 5 minutes from the Casino by taxi, beach access, and a Safeway. We had a great time! Thank you for a great gathering spot!
