La casa ha una splendida vista sull'oceano dal soggiorno, dove si può semplicemente sedersi e rilassarsi, leggere, in quanto è separato dalla Family Room, dove si trova la TV. Il grande ponte posteriore è soleggiato e privato, e ha anche alcune piccole aree salotto in giardino. La casa è anche attrezzata per il divertimento in famiglia con un tavolo da ping pong, un canestro da 9 piedi e diversi giochi di cortile come il croquet e il badminton. A casa c'era anche una console per videogiochi "Old School" con 60 giochi e uno stereo in grado di connettersi a iPhone / iPad e una vasta collezione di DVD e libri.
Nigh Tides si trova in posizione centrale ea pochi passi dal centro di Yachats. La libreria è giù alla fine della strada il 7, i mercati degli agricoltori è giù il 4, così come la panetteria. Così tanti bei negozi da vedere e visitare. Il mercato di generi alimentari è proprio sulla strada principale, e tonnellate di ristoranti meravigliosi anche !! La spiaggia è accessibile attraversando il ponte sul fiume Yachats e svoltando immediatamente su Yachats Ocean Rd, dove è possibile trascorrere ore a osservare il cambio delle maree, mentre sulla spiaggia sabbiosa. I sentieri sono ovunque e tutti devono andare a Cape Perpetua e alle Sea Lion Caves!
Waldport è solo sulla strada di 8 miglia, casa di Dungeness Crab, e puoi noleggiare barche o granchi al largo del porto, e averlo cotto al porto !! Our stay at Nigh Tides was absolutely perfect, and we were so impressed by the way Meredith Lodging had everything set up. The location is wonderful- the coastal ranch home is situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with a coffee shop within walking distance, and a quick, 2 minute drive from the Yachats market (C&K Market) and the town's pretty awesome restaurants (including Ona, Luna Sea Fish House and Beach Street Kitchen). Reviews we read earlier mentioned the pillows not being up to par so we brought our own. The house was superbly clean and had all the kitchen utensils/appliances you could need for your stay. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap and a hair dryer. This home is perfect for a couple or a large family/multiple families, with a twin-full bunk bed in the "kids room". The backyard is large and we enjoyed a game of croquet and played some ping pong in the garage as well! Clean-up procedures were clearly laid out on the fridge. Overall, we found the office staff to be very accessible and friendly via email. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Easy walking south along the ocean path to downtown. Nice benches to stop and watch the sea birds. Going north up the coast, the path is a bit more ackward, but great viewing. Good places to walk down to the beach/rocks. very dramatic.
The house was clean and easy to use. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen for meals.
Had trouble using the TV/DVD, but a maintenance person came to establish connections.
A few minor points they can easily take care of: the night light in the master bedroom is out, the rock light in the master bedroom does not work, the toilet seat in the master bath is lose. It would also be nice to have some window cleaner to clean the bird mess off the front windows.
The house is light and airy. You can also see a bit of the ocean to keep an eye on the fog situation. We did have a few days of some sun, but we really came here to cool off, not sunbathe.
The local market was pricy, so we went to Ray's in Waldport. The Sunday farmers market was great, we got a lot of "ripe" vegetables.

Great location in the residential neighborhood of Yachats, if you are ok with walking the 10 minutes into town or to the trail along the rocky beach. Enjoyed sharing the home with some family, it was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately neither queen bed was very comfortable and the pillows in the master bedroom were awful (luckily I travel with my own pillow).

We would certainty stay here again when in Yachats! The house was very clean and it was fun to have options like games and DVDs. It’s easy to walk to dinner or morning coffee and breakfast. Only constructive feedback is it would be nice to have fluffier pillows in the master - they are pretty flat. On the other hand the comforter was great!

We loved our stay at Nigh Tides! The home is very clean, bright, well stocked, and comfortable. Easy walk to market, restaurants, the best seafood ever (Luna Sea), and Bread and Roses bakery. Easy access to shore walks both north and south. No traffic noise, just the sea. For us it was the perfect spot for our nature loving, book nerd crew to curl up on the comfy couch in front of the huge windows with a good book and cocoa after long chilly walks and hikes. Thanks for a wonderful week in Yachats!

Had a very good stay
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Yachats with my wife and four kids (ages 11-16). The house has ample space and is reasonably well equipped. While not next to the beach and/or restaurants, it's still within walking distance or a short drive of both. The house's exterior and interior is a bit tired/dated which is the reason for only a four star rating. However, it was a good value so this offset what was missing in terms of the fit/finish of the home itself.

We absolutely loved this house. It was perfectly sized for our family of 4. Yachats is a gem of the coast and this home highlights its best feature, small town amenities, everything within walking distance with awesome shops and amazing food. Highly recommend

Overall a nice stay
I’ve stayed in many rental homes and I have concluded that the small details are what makes the difference. This home, while immaculate and beautiful, missed the mark on a few details for our family. Kids wanted to play ping pong but all but one ball was broken. Same with the badminton rackets. We didn’t have enough pillows and when we requested more I was told that housekeeping would bring some by-this never happened. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc, but no paper products. Finally-I really thought we had beach access nearby but I misread the description. When it says “go across the bridge over the river” it means in your car. While there is a beach within walking distance (4-6 blocks?) it’s quite rocky and not a place to spend an afternoon. I would’ve chosen a different property had I understood this as our number one priority was the home being near/on the beach.
All in all-if you want a beautifully decorated and immaculately clean home to stay in and are okay with a partial ocean view and a rocky beach-you’ll love Nigh Tides!

Great house
This house was beautiful, with lots of natural light. It was well laid out for our family with three teenagers who refuse to share a room...one of them slept on a couch but that wasn’t inconvenient because there are two living room areas. The yard was great and we had fun playing all the games and ping pong.
The one thing that was weird was several hours before we arrived the property manager called and said that due to a car accident the cleaning crew wasn't able to get to the house in time and so she wanted to move us to a smaller house in waldport. I was very flustered by this and was not happy but then while i was still on the phone the cleaning crew called and told her that traffic had started moving. I am only writing about this because i want vrbo to realize people choose certain houses and towns for reasons and the lady was very casual to assume we would simply rearrange our entire weekend and boarding plans rather than just wait a few hours. It just made no sense. Other than that the house was great and I was happy with everything.

Excellent location, poor hot water
The location in relationship to the town, ocean and trails can’t be beat. It was a very comfortable house. Be aware the hot water heater isn’t the best — ran out of hot water when taking multiple showers back to back. Otherwise a tremendous place.

The house is great. It says this property has hot tub and spa tub, it only has a bathe tub and when I tried to type to them about this they weren’t getting it. We rented this house because of the hot tubs, so very diaappointing

Great for Mini Quilting Retreat
Our 3+ day stay was great! House was convenient for relaxing, walking about Yachats and having time to quilt together. House is spacious, and pretty much all we needed to comfortably stay for our time there! Sun room was great for morning coffee on sunny mornings! The comfortable living room gave us a view of the waves and the majesty of the Oregon Coast. Bring your own hairdryer and wash clothes!

Beautiful home near the rocky beach
We all loved the house - grandbabies to grandparents! The 6 of us had plenty of room in the well Decorating and comfortable house. We all love the floor the tall ceiling windows with glimpses of the ocean surf breaking on the rocks. The 1year old loved the back garden and the “rock” deer. The 4 year old enjoyed sorting the large collection sea shells by kinds and sizes. The parents loved the vacation feeling with a very nice kitchen for preparing food for all. And the grandparents liked the comfortable beds.

Plenty of room, nice back deck, comfortable bed, close to town and to the 804 trail. The claim of "ocean view" is over-stated; you can barely see past the houses to the west. But all in all a nice place to stay and we'll probably come back again.

We thought the house was beautiful! Lots of light, very open, and lots of space to move around. The house was exceptionally clean, and the neighborhood it was very quiet. Really appreciated the short walks around town, to the beach, and the 804 trail. We loved our experience there. I hope to come back next year and the same house is available.

Absolute perfection
This house was gorgeous. You walk in to the blinds all open so it is sunny, open, and a view of the ocean out the back windows. The layout is perfect! The “master suite” is separated from the other rooms which was perfect in our situation as my son had just been married two months so we had him stay there so they felt like they were by themselves. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook with. Two crockpots are there so you can start something in the morning, explore all day and come back to a warm dinner. Yachats is our favorite little town as it is friendly and has an eclectic group of shops to explore. We stay in Yachats at least twice a year, and we have found our favorite home to stay in with Night Tides.

We only stayed 2 nights, but we could have stayed longer. It was close to everything, had excellent cooking facilities and was roomy enough for two families or an extended family. It was super clean and had lots to do for kids and even a backyard. Our only complaint were the pillows and the cable tv was very difficult to use, so we didn’t watch any tv. Nigh Tides far exceeded our expectations. The house was so spacious and tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as the layout and furniture. We loved that there was ample space for the kiddos to play. We utilized the well stocked kitchen each day and appreciated all of the amenities. We rent vacation homes in Oregon at least 10 times per year, and I must say that Meredith Lodging does the most amazing job of keeping their homes spotless. This is our second time renting through them and we continue to be impressed with the condition of the homes. The service is also delightful. We would definitely stay here again. I was very much looking forward to my stay at this cute lil' place and was even MORE impressed when I got there! The view of the ocean was even better than expected and I walked a couple of blocks to sit on a park bench near the beach to watch the ocean. The bed in the master bedroom was SOOOOO comfortable that I felt like I was at home in my own bed! Perfect location, perfect comfort, perfect stay! Highly recommend to everyone!
