First off I would like to say that the home was in a great location, and easy to find. With three master suites every one had all of the privacy they needed. My family and I made great memories here on our trip. Next I will say that all of the beds and futons were SUPER uncomfortable for all of us, young and older! Couch had a huge hole where the springs stuck out. This was covered in the photo by a slip cover but when you sat down you sure knew!! Also a can opener would have been great but maybe some one before us helped themselves to it.

Nice home and location. Very clean, but furniture needs updated and gas fireplace kept going out. Also one of the bar stools had loose legs.

Good size house with good appliances and bathrooms. The house was clean. Couches weren’t very great. Kitchen was nice.

Great weekend in November! Weather was perfect and the house was so relaxing! Just a couple blocks from the beach, we were able to enjoy walking along the beach a couple of times but also enjoyed just sitting and enjoying the views from the living room as well! Kids enjoyed the pool table and we all enjoyed the spaciousness and being able to spread out around the house! Overall was a very relaxing weekend!

We loved the location . It was a short walk to the most beautiful beach . When we weren't at the beach we loved looking out the windows at the view of the ocean.

Very nice home. Quite comfortable. Somewhat short on silverware but we just ran the dishwasher more often. Would have liked a newer updated toaster oven. Good setup for three couples and kids. Had no problem with wifi and dvd player. Dining table expands so we ate on one end and put puzzels together on the other.

The house is spacious with good location and great views, but the furnishings are very poor. The beds are hard and the sofa and futon in the lounge are hard, lumpy and in poor condition. My whole family complained that they didn't sleep well and they couldn't even relax and watch a movie on rainy days because there was no comfortable place to sit. I am sorry to say we would only return if the furnishings were improved.

Location was beautiful close to the beach, easy beach access. The only downfall is the bed were super uncomfortable some of the things in the home were broken. Other than that our family enjoyed our stay.

House was great location and price. The beach is so close and easy access. Furniture could use updated, but we enjoyed the heck out of the game room.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful location was very serene. We saw deer just walking around it was so serene. The only thing that was not pleasant was the furniture was hard and old and should be updated. The front deck should be redone. I would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

House met our needs. We are a group of quilters and always looking for good places to go. We decided there are too many stairs for us, but we managed. We will rent again thru VRBO.

This place could be amazing. It’s in a great location, with ocean views from every floor. It was a good size for our family or seven. A few updates could make a big difference, however. The furniture is pretty worn out and uncomfortable and some of the blinds are broken. The WiFi was unstable and we felt like the kitchen was missing some important items - especially more silverware. We couldn’t make it through a day without having to wash some. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were glad that the owners hustled and got us a new bed after ours was broken by the previous guests.

Everybody in the group complained about their beds, would stay again if beds were replaced.

Overall impression of this property was ok...a little updating and repairs of the furniture would be good. The house was supposed to be good for 10 people yet when it came to things like silverware, it fell way short! There were 4 of us that stayed and we couldn't get through one day without having to wash silverware and we were staying for 4 days! We had planned a nice steak and lobster dinner on Valentine's Day and there were only 2 steak knives!!! This is a house that is supposed to accommodate 10 people!!!The washing machine wasn't working which would have been nice to know ahead of time since we had packed light thinking that we would just do a load of laundry if/when we needed to. Unfortunately, the washer was out of commission. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was torn which could have been replaced very easily and made such a better impression. The upstairs bedroom that had 2 beds in it had a big "stain" on one of the beds that none of us cared to guess what it was...but it was disgusting! There were a lot of cobwebs that we knocked down throughout the house. A little extra time spent on this place could make it much nicer. The furniture is really bad. The couches in the living room/family room were horribly uncomfortable and worn. The kitchen table/chairs could be repaired/replaced...very wobbily. I had inquired if there was a BBQ/Grill outdoors and was told that "Yes there was". We found the BBQ in the garage and it was in pretty sad shape...so much so that we didn't use it. I rented the property for my birthday/halloween weekend and this house was perfect!

We arrived and the garbage was overflowing, I asked if we needed to bring it out to the curb but no one replied, the garbage was picked up on Monday but a note saying so would’ve been nice. the WiFi in the house was close to impossible to use, it kept going out, we kept unplugging and plugging the router and it would work for a little bit and it would go out again. When we arrived All the towels in the house were in the dryer ... still wet. the furniture is really old, some of the blinds don’t work and some of the window screens have big holes in them. It just seems like there is no one taking care of the house, which honesty has so much potential... the kitchen and the dine in area are big and very nice. The bathrooms were fine but we found an open bottle of liquor holding a shelf in place in the downstairs bathroom. We also found an open pack of cigarettes in the bedroom upstairs were our kids stayed... Overall we enjoy the beach ... not impressed with the condition of the house and definitely can tell the cleaning crew did not do a throughout job.

The view from this property is worth the stay. Advertised king bed, there isn’t one. The beds are VERY hard. Clean but could use some upgrades. Bring your lawn chairs!! Good beach access, bad cell service/WiFi. Not enough towels, wash cloths. Won’t stay again...
