We had a great stay at A111, equipped with everything we needed. Beds were not very comfortable and the bathtub’s could use an overhaul. Overall we had a great week.

Perfect spot for our family to enjoy Key West without being in the busy downtown area. Just a short walk or a quick Uber ride to town.

Condo and complex was very nice. Amazing view from pool - right on the ocean! Kitchen was a little sparse with dishes, bowls, etc. location within walking distance of everything if it wasn’t 100 degrees and humid the entire week!

We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was as listed. Very friendly staff. Wonderful pool right on ocean only steps away.

On our first trip to Key West, this property provided a spacious, clean and great locality for us. We were within a short car or bike ride to all of our "to-do's" on our list. When we were not taking in the sights, we enjoyed the pool and beach area. Next trip back, I will definitely inquire about this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Easy check in and departure. Unit was as described in description. Unit is a bit dated and there was no hot water in the master bedroom. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning was strong. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and the price was more than reasonable for key west. Would stay here again for the price but don’t expect luxury.

My overall rating is a 3 out of 5. The property was absolutely spotless in every room. It was a little dated and the furniture is very uncomfortable. The bedroom that is not master, has a king bed (two twins) they are so worn out and horribly broken down, you feel like you are going to roll out of bed. The pool was great and the building was very secure. Good communication with the property manager.

There were a few negatives we experienced while there. There was confusion on parking spots for the condo we rented. The app told us one spot but the placard in the condo said another. We ended up getting note on window tgat we were in wrong spot and turned out we didn’t get a soot for entire stay. Also the hot tub was barely warm. Finally the clothes dryer timer does not shut off. Luckily we caught after few hours while sleeping or a fire was likely to occur. Must be fixed immediately.

Right next to the Boardwalk along the ocean. We rented scooters for 1 of the 2 weeks. DEFINITELY recommend this! Fun, safe and easy way to travel & park to DuVall St. We had rented a car but rarely used it. Reviewer Comments: Such an interesting stay...Only have two rolls of toilet paper/1paper towel roll for a whole week, really gets you to be conservative of how much you use so you can make it last the entire trip. For how much you're paying for the room, you'd think you'd get more than the 2 rolls and maybe some shower amenities. Also waking up to bite marks from the nights sleep and not knowing what bit you until the very last night, absolutely wonderful. Found HUGE RED FIRE ANTS all over the master bedroom. Pretty sure we are taking some of them in our luggage to our next vacation home... yikes. I'd recommend elevating all of your luggage off of the ground if you can. We had to Uber everywhere for food because we weren't close to much unfortunately. Despite the furious fire ants and lack of toilet paper, there were some good things from the stay too. We were within walking distance to Smather's Beach (which sometimes was stinky because of the seaweed-but if you went closer to the airport the better it got). We never used the condominium pool or hot tub but it looked nice and peaceful. The outside patio attached to the place was nice too. We'd watch the afternoon storms roll through without getting wet.

The garden view apartment is well appointed,clean, nice and spacious. The sunken jacuzzi tub in the master bath was a surprise. The Jacuzzi does not appear to be an amenity because there is no stopper or an option to fill.

This was our first time using VRBO and I can't say that I will be signing up for another anytime soon. We arrived at the building to find one of the stairwells blocked off and being held up by metal support bars on bricks; found that a little unsettling. Next, the instructions for getting in past office hours did not lead us to a seamless retrieval of the keys for the condo, and the person I did manage to get on the phone to unlock the door definitely sounded bothered by us. Upon getting up stairs to the condo, the freezer had been left open so the ice was all melted and a puddle was on the floor for me to clean up. We had received multiple emails and text about a garage we would be parking in, that we would be fined if we did not return the garage door opener, however, after getting to the condo there wasn't a garage door opener, just a piece of paper to put in the window and instructions to park in the non-covered parking lot. We used to live in Florida, part of the reason I chose this condo was for covered parking for the heat/sun on the car. Once we got everyone inside and we started looking around, we started to notice things like: one bedroom was 2 small beds pushed together, the main bedrooms beds were about 50 years old and made an incredible amount of noise when you moved at all, the mold growing in the jets and drains of the bathtub, the toilet seat was not connected to the toilet in the main bathroom, the scrapes/scratches on the doors/corners of the walls... We had a lovely vacation, but I definitely would not recommend this place. The final straw for us was returning home one afternoon and finding a small strip of paper having been left on our kitchen counters letting us know that someone had entered our condo to "spray for bugs/Pest Control Thanks, 1800 Atlantic Condominium Association Management " . We had signed up for every type of communication, email, phone calls, text...not one thing came through letting us know that someone was going to be entering our space prior to it happening. Very poor management and upkeep of the space.

Very easy to access the property. Pool and hot tub was fabulous. Elevators are crazy slow but whatever. Highly recommend getting a golf cart makes it so much easier to get around. Would totally book again.

The property was in a great location - quiet and close to the beach. The pool, courtyard and other amenities were amazing and made our stay great. The unit itself was fine. The kitchen, living, and bedrooms were good - the bathrooms were dated and the plumbing in the master bathroom was not in good repair.

The private garden was my favorite part of the property and enjoyed the experience of seeing the ocean from the pool.

Condo is spacious and clean. Kitchen is updated nicely. Bathrooms need updating. Beds are very comfortable. Building is quiet. Hallway rugs need cleaning/updating. Pool is large and key feature. Location is perfect if you want to be by the water and away from hustle of Duval St., which is about a10 min bike ride. Building is next to Smathers beach which is also nice. Not many dining options within walking distance, but you can bike or ride share.

The kitchen was lacking in many needed utensils and things needed for cooking but we made due for the most part. Overall we were pleased. Do wish the hot tub was open later, and not quite so unbearably hot. Nobody could tolerate more than 5 min. In it as it was so hot each night. And the hours of being open seemed to change each night depending on the mood of the guy working that night 24 hrs of being available to use or Atleast till midnight each night would have been amazing.

Pro: property and pool. Great layout and view of the ocean. Con: unfortunately, woken up by a rooster every morning at 5:30. Mattresses should be replaced. Guest room had two twins pushed together☹️ Toilet seats need replaced. Both were pretty old. Shower controls in both bathrooms should be upgraded. Lazy-boy in living room pretty worn.

The 4 of us loved our time here! The property was just as the pictures showed. We loved everything about it. We will be back to 1800 Atlantic! We will try to get a room with the ocean view next time. The garden view is wonderful but would really like to see the water!

Took both hands and body weight to pull it out. Lots of construction around this place as well.
