Belview has an impressive panorama of Positano. It is a two bedroomed flat in the complex Parco dei Fiori, which is situated in the higher part of the resort and has a private swimming pool and private parking spaces. The flat is luminous and comfortably furnished. It is a short walk from the parking spaces and steps will take you down to the swimming pool. The pool is 25 metres long and the shallow end is safe for children to swim. It is open from the 15th June to the 15th October.
Positano is in an ideal position for those who would like to visit the Amalfi coast, Capri, Sorrento and surrounding areas as there are regular bus services and ferries.
Near the complex there is an excellent restaurant and pizzeria and also a small greengrocer and grocer.
Positano offers a wide range of restaurants and bars as well as boutiques, art galleries and characteristic shops. The beaches are lively and the sea perfect for swimming. The night life offers discos, wine bars and many special performances and festivals on the beach or at the surrounding villages.
Belview is positioned at the top and at the front of the complex and from the balcony there is a full view of Positano, its beaches and the coast line.
Public transport
There are buses that take you down to the sea (5 - 10 minutes ride) or up to the villages
Montepertuso and Nocelle (10 - 15 mintutes ride), which pass the gates of the complex.
To catch the bus to Amalfi or Sorrento there is a short walk (3 - 5 minutes) to reach the
bus stop. Near the bus stop you will also find a bar, the post office, a mini- market, a
butcher and further up the road a fish shop.
From the 1st april 2018 a tourist tax of 1,50 € is applied per person per night (children under 10 are exempt) to be paid directly to hotel. b&b or residence.

This apartment was perfect for our family’s trip to Positano. The pictures do not do it justice! The view is incredible. The apartment is gorgeous—perfectly well appointed and charming. It is definitely a trek up from town center, but the bus stop is close by. Marco, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. The A/C worked great despite the 90 degree temps outside! We were very happy with our stay!

This is a great option for Positano! Be warned it’s up on the hill and to go down to the waterfront is a journey. Walking back (I did it 3 times) is a workout!! The host was excellent in communicating and the views were amazing. They also have parking for your car which is a plus. Definitely recommend!!

Had an excellent stay at Belview apartment, it was clean and has a gorgeous sea view through the balcony. Host Marco was very helpful and picked us from Naples. The apartment is on higher area transportable by bus which is right on the street,

We stayed at Belview for three days and loved our stay in Positano. The view from the apartment is absolutely amazing and gives you a fresh perspective on this unique village. We walked downtown and up again a few times during our stay, which was quite a workout for us and our teenage kids (the walk up takes around 25 minutes, but definitely worth it). And there is also the possibility of taking a bus up to the apartment from downtown. The apartment itself is nice, with a great balcony. Marco, the host, was really helpful, and he also offers tours around the Amalfi coast, which we really enjoyed. We would definitely want to come back someday.

Place was nice, clean, and beautiful view. Marco was super helpful with rides, info, and quick responding. You are quite far up tho so just keep that in mind when thinking about walking up and down .

The property was great and the view was better. First of all, Marco was a great host. Excellent communication PLUS he has his own van/shuttle service and was able to pick us up and drop us off in Naples! We didn't have a car, but if you are traveling with a car in Positano, the fact that this apartment includes parking is amazing. There is simply no parking in Positano.|The pool is beautiful and refreshing too....not many pools around so we felt pretty special! Everyone in Positano seems to be familiar with the complex (Parco Dei Fiori) and maybe that's why.
The location is about as high up in Positano as it gets so the views are incredible. There is a market that is 1 minute down the road and Constantino restaurant which is VERY good too. There is also a bus stop right down the street. Everything in positano is walkable BUT, being up top means there are a LOT of stairs to get down to many of the shops or the water. We did a lot of walking and its a great leg workout but when you get tired it's nice to know you can just hop on the bus.
Overall we were very happy with our stay in Positano and definitely recommend Marco's apartment.

This was our first time to Positano, and we were admittedly a little overwhelmed with the crowds and a delay in our luggage arriving. Marco was incredibly supportive and helpful and truthfully, we would have been lost without him. He even helped to arrange for a local store to open so we could buy clothes for us and our teenaged daughters! The views were incredible but it’s pretty high up which made jaunts to the beach or restaurants a little challenging. But as always, it’s a balance between a quiet, beautiful view and proximity to the action. Overall this property and Marco have set the bar very high for us! Highly recommend!

The view has to be mentioned first! It is stunning and beautiful! Just to sit on the deck was amazing day and night. Next the host Marco is awesome. Even helped with our luggage and left a bottle of wine. Pictures are accurate on web site. Typical small European apartment but we were only two so we had a ton of space. It is a move back in time and culture. A couple of things to mention - the GPS address isn't exactly accurate. It is the green gate just left of Constantino's restaurant. If you are driving be very careful last half mile. Bust stop is up the hill from the entrance and the schedule is more like a suggestion. If full the bus doesn't stop. Unless you are an Olympic athlete you don't walk to the beach. Taxis are hard to find up there but possible with a wait to get back from the beach. Overall excellent and we would go back. The view!! the view!!

Loved the property! Everything we needed. However: difficult to get down to shopping beach area without timing buses properly. Also, if you start walking the stairs, just know you will need to be in shape!
Also, town lost water power for 1 full day/night. Unit had no running water.

Amazing and relaxing time with incredible views!
We had a lovely stay at Belview. Marco was most gracious from the best start of our stay in Positano. After picking us up from the airport early, he drove us to the flat, wheee we got to check in a bit early. His recommendations were spot on with Restaurante Da Costantino being our favorite restaurant and an easy walk from the flat. Our girls LOVED the pool and so did we. Amazing views from the pool and very clean. We also got to observe the local Virgin Mary Festival, which was a great time. Il Ritrovo restaurant is up the hill at MontePruso, a quick ride up on the local bus. Marco also provided 4 bottles of local wines for 10 euros each. We had a fantastic time and hope to stay again!

Fantastic views and cool breezes. Bus access to downtown and back if you want to avoid the stairs and traffic. Great restaurant across the road and little shop nearby.

A little outside Positano but worth it for the parking, views and location
Really enjoyed our stay at Bellview in Parco Dei Fiori. We had a car so the parking in Positano was a big plus. The Da Costantino restaurant was also a really pleasant surprise, never had to worry about lunch or dinner, the staff were really friendly and the food, wine and views excellent. Also pretty close to the mountain trails if you want to get out for a walk in the mountains.
The walk to town is a little bit of a trek but a stop for a coffee or drink on the way down makes that trivial. The bus home is really simple and the best way to get around.
The apartment is bright and clean and has good Wifi - more than adequate for 3 kids streaming and us playing Spotify.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, Marco was very helpful and the location is secure, spacious and quiet (if that's what you are looking for) with amazing views.

Positano Trip
Very nice apartment, very clean, very comfortable, good location, contact person (Marco) very pleasant and helpful. Only (very minor) complaint -- which is really more a suggestion for the owner -- is that the property should provide instructions as to how to check in, since the parking area is locked and the apartment reachable only through the parking area. We were able to find Marco and check in, but advance notice that we would have to contact him rather than just meet him at the apartment would have avoided a little angst.

Beautiful Views, Clean Property!
We had a wonderful stay here and Marco was very helpful with the process and communication from start to finish. The views here are amazing and it’s a large space. There was just 2 of us but would be great if traveling with kids. The only downside for us was that it was higher up on the hill than we were hoping but we got our steps in and took cabs. It’s definitely a quiet peaceful place to stay being that it’s high up and you cannot beat the million dollar view! Def. recommend

Phenonmenal
What an amazing view of the Amalfi Coast ! Marco was so helpful and responsive with our every need ! We did not want to leave ! There is an amazing restaurant right across the street and this was super convenient if you did not want to head into town. The pool overlooks the coast and is so beautiful as well ! Thank you for giving us one of the best memories our family of 5 has ever had ! We cannot wait to return !!

Stunning views & great apartment in Positano
We loved staying in this apartment in Positano it had amazing views & the pool was beautiful. The photographs do not do it justice, it is clean, light & balcony is great! Marco was so helpful meeting us late as we got delayed, good local advice and he left us some nice snacks. It’s high up in Positano but we enjoyed walking the stairs and it’s worth it for the views. I’d highly recommend this apartment.

Perfect in positano
Travelling as a family of four ( 2 teenage daughters) we had high hopes for this vacation rental. This place exceeded our expectations!! Correspondence was fabulous as we prepared for our arrival. We were greeted immediately when arrivedl by Marco and he took us down to the flat. The flat looked exactly like the pictures but the view was even better!! It was clean and had lots of little extras such as beach towels, flat iron and masks for snorkeling. The balcony was perfection. We enjoyed the pool, but beware there are lots of steps back up lol! Marco helped us with organizing drivers to downtown Positano. We loved the restaurant da Constantino which we could walk to, in fact we ate there 3 times in 6 days and once got a pizza to go ! This is amazing spot - we loved it and cant wait to go back!

Nice and clean with all the basic things you'd need for a self-catered stay, including washing machine. A few of the pots and pans could be updated but really there's everything else to hand. Lovely views and a helpful owner. Many thanks!

Highly recommend. Our host was just wonderful, very accessible, very informative. Answered messages immediately. The condo was spotless, beds comfortable. The pool, though quite the steep walk, was stunning. The nearby bus stop was convenient, buses did not run in time so allow for that. There are stairs everywhere. For us, traveling with my adult children, they were no problem, but be aware, quite the climb to get back up into town from the beach. Took a side trip to Capri and the Blue Grotto. Capri was very crowded, would likely not do again. Positano just lovely.

Belview Positano
WOW!! What a great experience. Marco was a great host and was extremely responsive with any and all inquiries during our stay. His instructions to us were sport on. The pictures don't lie. The views from the apartment were impressive. It was clean and very bright. If only the shower weren't so small, the stay would have been perfection. Highly recommend Belview. You must also go to Restaurant Da Constantino. Amazing food in this family run restaurant very close to the apartment. Will definitely be back. Thanks Marco.

Great Place to stay!
The view was breath taking and the pool was very nice. The owner was very prepared with providing us with the bus schedule, local food place and other notes that were very helpful! The only thing the didn't have was WIFI. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay in Positano!

Priceless View!
This is a very clean, well decorated apartment with plenty of storage and tremendous views! It looks right over the center of town with beautiful mountains in the background. It is charming to relax on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the boats in the harbour or busses navigating the twisting roads. The kitchen has a large five burner gas range that we used to cook breakfast and a couple of meals. We walked to town a few times, but took the bus for the return. The property sits between two close bus stops. There is a very convenient grocery and restaurant with great pizza. The only negatives for me were the small shower stall, which I think is common in Europe, and a hard mattress. I am used to a very soft cushioned mattress. However, if I return to Positano, I would definitely want to stay in this unit again. The location was perfect!
