Benvenuti al nostro Tempe Getaway. Recentemente aggiornato e arredato, questa casa è pronta per il tuo relax e si trova nelle vicinanze di così tanti posti da vedere e cose da fare a Tempe e Phoenix. Questa residenza cittadina si trova in prossimità di ristoranti, vita notturna, lago della città di Tempe. Due storie, 1.656 mq, 3 camere da letto, 2. 5 bagni con lavanderia interna 2 posti auto. La piscina comunitaria è un isolato nel complesso (la piscina non è riscaldata).

This property had so much space for my family. There was the perfect amount of decor where we could easily find places for our stuff and not get lost in the home's clutter, but it still felt cozy and homey. WiFi was great & beds and sofa were comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. The two parking spots were always empty and were right next to the gate to the yard. Neighborhood was quiet and location was fantastic next to a grocery store and really close to the freeways. All in all, would definitely stay here again if back in Phoenix.

This property had so much space for my family. There was the perfect amount of decor where we could easily find places for our stuff and not get lost in the home's clutter, but it still felt cozy and homey. Neighborhood was quiet and location was fantastic next to a grocery store and really close to the freeways. All in all, would definitely stay here again if back in Phoenix.

Overall the place is very nice. We travelled with 6 people and hotel rooms get very crowed. This place was centrally located to area attractions. Very easy to get around between Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale.

Three 65+ hula dancers came to enjoy the Aloha Festival in March, 2022. This vrbo was perfect. The beds (and soft linens) were sooo comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Anessa was always available to us if we had a questions. Photos reflect the property well. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and highly recommend.

In town for a couple days and did not want a Hotel Room
Overall the place is very nice. We travelled with 6 people and hotel rooms get very crowed. This place was centrally located to area attractions. Very easy to get around between Phoenix, Mesa and Scottsdale.

Three 65+ hula dancers came to enjoy the Aloha Festival in March, 2022. This vrbo was perfect. The beds (and soft linens) were sooo comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Anessa was always available to us if we had a questions. Photos reflect the property well. We were very happy with our choice to stay here and highly recommend.

The townhouse was well appointed. Quick response to questions and issues. The neighbors to the west of the condo we loud at times and could hear them through the walls early in the AM. Location was close to the activities we were interested in; zoo, children’s museum, baseball, brew pubs, good restaurants, golf, etc.

Slight problem with the TV, local channels went out during our visit. Anessa was very responsive and had her co-worker Jennifer work with us to try to fix it. Jennifer stopped by twice to check it out and drop off a new antenna.

Nice place, definitely recommend.
Almost everything was perfect. You can tell Anessa has been in this business for a while and is good at it. Only downside was that we could hear the neighbors regularly, though to be fair, it was New Year's.

Christmas in Phoenix
This unit was clean and well stocked for all of our needs. The location was easy to find and was close to lots of shopping for our needs while in Phoenix for five days.

This condo was very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again.
