Well restored classic New Orleans townhouse in middle of the garden, who could hope for more? Easy walk to Commander's palace or Tracy's Irish bar. Quiet treelined street meets 5 star accommodations. Quick Uber and plenty of good breakfast joints Thumbs up from this Cowboy

The neighborhood was perfect- near everything with easy access via uber or the street car. It is also walkable to a nearby liquor store, coffee shops, restaurants, etc. We had groceries delivered.
The house easily sleeps 8, with one bed being a top bunk. There is no full bath on the first floor, so whoever is sleeping there will share a bath upstairs.
Management was extremely responsive to all communications, both before, during, and after arrival.
The banister upstairs is broken- we informed the mgmt company and asked for a fix after we left- hopefully this has been addressed.
We didn't cook in the kitchen, so can't really address how well supplied it is.
Overall, the house met all of our needs.

The property is very well-situated in the Lower Garden District. Very near Magazine Street with all its shops and restaurants but just far enough off it that you don't get the noise; it's also a 25-minute walk to the French Quarter. We were there for a family holiday and it was fantastic for 3 couples (it would sleep more people if you need). Every adult bedroom has an ensuite bathroom which is nice after a long day. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we wanted. The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is if I had fewer people with me next time; it would be a big house for 2 people to be wandering around inside.

The house is beautiful as it has that old historian character. Our kids loved the theatre room and we all enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. With the weather being hot the house was a nice escape. The neighborhood was surprisingly wonderful. Easy to walk to food and drinks as well as a short drive to Walmart for groceries. Would definitely stay again!

I really could not have asked for anything better with my stay. The host was incredibly nice and welcoming and assisted us quickly with whatever we needed. Everyone had a blast knowing we were in a safe location surrounded by the awesome things of New Orleans. Would recommend to absolutely anyone for any occasion!!!

Had a great stay celebrating wife’s 60th along with our grown children. Location was perfect - close to Magazine St for food, Garden District strolling, and easy Uber/Lyft to French Quarter or even walk for the exercise. House was fabulous - roomy, confortable, and clean. Staff was super responsive to our questions. Highly recommended!

We came to NOLA to celebrate my husband’s 50th. The photos of the house were accurate and the house was super clean. We were hardly at the house but to sleep. Good beds! If you are planning to cook a lot, ask for the kitchen inventory. It was very light on anything outside of the basics. There were 4 coffee mugs and 3 wine glasses. When I called, they immediately brought more. We did not cook so it was perfectly fine for us. The parking was a major plus and Ubers were available and reasonable. The back yard is very cute. The neighbors said hello and seemed relieved that we were responsible and did not inconvenience them in any way. I highly recommend this property.

We had a fabulous time at this house on spring break! 5 adults and 4 littles. It was in a great location and the house in fabulous. Great communication with the hosts as well. Can’t wait to come back and would def rent the same place again!

Excellent location and gorgeous house
The house was gorgeous and perfect for our needs. The location to Magazine and the street car were perfect. The weather got cool and we enjoyed the courtyard patio. Weak water pressure in master bath but that was the only hiccup the whole trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home for a nice family get together
Great location - easy access to Uptown, Magazine Street and The French Quarter. Kitchen was well-appointed, bedrooms and baths were great! Enjoyed that back patio, too! Great space for family and friends to enjoy all that New Orleans has to offer.

Beautiful home
This is a beautiful home with everything you need for a stay away from home. I really wanted to give this home 5 stars, but I have very high standards of cleanliness and for the rental price and cleaning fee, I expected more. The master bath shower had mold and the walls and doors should be wiped down in this home. The build and design of the home are absolutely beautiful with lots of nice local details. The living room furniture was updated from the white leather photos images, which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay would recommend this home.

A GEM in perfect location!
This was our first NOLA trip with 3 couples and 3 singles, we had such a great time! This is the cleanest VRBO we ever experienced. House is beautiful!! With all the amenities you need. LOVE the outdoor entertaining space, room for parking and location. The 3 singles we had (21 yr olds) in the main floor bedroom just had to share showers in one of the 3 en-suite bedrooms upstairs so if not comfortable with that, this house is still perfect for 3 couples. The local food just within 3 blocks is AMAZING!! Gris, gris, Juan's flying burrito, Surreys, Stein's, and Turkey and the Wolf to just name a few! Obviously we are foodies, but it was a short uber to French quarter and Garden District Proper. We loved our cocktail french quarter tour and garden district tour with New Orleans Secrets tour company and you can rent scooters nearby at Avenue scooters to really get a good look at the city. Thank you to these communicative owners for everything!! Every one on our trip said they would rent it again next time they came.

Want to move in !!!
Such an easy process from start to finish. The home was spotless, beautiful, well equipped and we did NOT want to leave. Kitchen had everything you need, plenty of bath towels and space to spread out. Thank you for a relaxing spot to spend the weekend.

Fabulous Place
We booked this place while on our way to NOLA when our other place got canceled at the last minute by a different owner. Ashley was gracious enough to let us check in the same day. She always got back to me right away...had an issue with the WIFI but was taken care of same day. Property is just as described. Anything you want or need is there. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything. Came down to NOLA for a family trip and this place took care of us. The patio in the evening was great. When we come back this is where we will stay.

Great house and great location
We 5 ladies had a wonderful stay at this house. We loved the ample space and the kitchen was fantastic and well equipped. The outdoor space was a real treat as we came from a cold season and it was lovely to sit outside. The church bells and views of architecture were also a treat. The neighbourhood was fairly quiet. The back second floor bedroom was the exception in that people park their cars behind the property and you could hear them arrive in the morning but if you are an early riser (7 a.m.) this is no problem. We all felt very secure in this neighbourhood and it was an easy walk to the transit St. Charles line which easily took us across the Garden District or into the French Quarter. If it were not for the pandemic progressing we would have done more in group settings but we were able to see a lot of different sights and loved it all. We got back to our Country March 13 and now so sad to see the numbers escalating in LA. We have all self isolated and are all feeling fine. We wish all Americans a speedy change to this awful new reality. Best wishes and do not hesitate to rent this amazing property.

We could not have been happier with the house. It was everything as presented plus more. Wonderful location. Magazine Street was a diamond in the rough and well within walking distance of the house. 8 women stayed in this beautiful house and we were all pleased. Will definitely stay again. House is 4 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. It's in a great location,
less than 2 miles from the French Quarter. Walking distance to trolley. We loved the outdoor kitchen and theater room. The house has everything you could need for a trip to New Orleans.

Excellent!
This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. It is very comfortable and spacious and we all loved it. The location is perfect. We were forced to leave after 24 hours because of flooding in the neighborhood due to a tropical storm, but we wished we could stay longer. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My review
Very clean and beautiful home. Check in was very easy and was able to reach the owner at anytime and response was always immediate. The only issue I had was with the a/c in the master bedroom that did not work hence was warm and quite uncomfortable sleeping in there. Once I told the owner, she sent someone right away however it still didnt work afterwards. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Comfortable Family Getaway
This property was incredible! My husband and I were able to entertain our family with comforts of home. We were walking distance from parade routes and the neighborhood was very quiet. We felt safe and had ease getting around the city. The house was clean, organized and prepared from small children. We would definitely recommend this property to large families. We look forward to staying here again!

We had a great stay. The house is gorgeous with plenty of space to gather but also relax on your own. Charming and quiet neighborhood. Very well located. Owner was very responsive and helping. Would definitely recommend!

Great house in a great location
The property is as advertised: Stunning, roomy, well-decorated and well-stocked home in the middle of the Lower Garden District's commercial district. A short walk to good coffee, bagels, shops and bars.
There were eight of us -- two couples with two kiddos each -- and we had more than ample room for our week-long trip. The theater room was a nice plus (though I never could figure out the Smart TV/Netflix feature and had to stick to a few grainy kid channels on DirecTV).
The kitchen had everything we needed and the managers were responsive to any requests. We had a few nice nights on the patio, as well.
There was an issue with an upstairs bathroom dripping water into the kitchen through a light fixture, rendering the upstairs master shower unusable for a day. The management team sent someone over quickly to assess the issue. Hopefully, that's been fixed. When we requested at least a partial refund for the inconvenience, we were told the managers we were communicating with weren't the owners, which was confusing, given the description on the profile. (I thought we were communicating with the owners.)
Otherwise, we had a memorable trip at this beautiful home.

Beautiful, Clean and in a great neighborhood!!
Wow!!!! This property is beautiful and the neighborhood is awesome. We walked to the Quarter 2 days and what a beautiful walk it was.
This house remodel is spectacular. It is really like flying first class. The astetics were stunning and the finishes were beautiful. It was Divisional round playoffs, so we decided to watch in the viewing room. The kitchen was exceptional with high end appliances and large size. The outdoor space was also beautiful, with an outside bar and tv.
This is a first class vacation rental. Not only would I choose to stay again, I would reccommend anyone coming to New Orleans to do the same.
This would also be a great property for a family, or two.
The owners/managers were also beyond accommodating.

7 of us celebrated my 60th birthday at this fantastic majestic property. Bedrooms are huge and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Home theater a real treat. Magazine Street is one block away chockablock full of restaurants and galleries. All in all a great stay. Highly recommended. Thanks Ashley

Beautiful home in great location!
An absolutely lovely home with top-quality amenities and a spacious floor plan. The upstairs bedrooms are nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and each with an attached bath. Media and bunk rooms downstairs are an added bonus. Outdoor area is fantastic too! Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and bars but on a more private, quiet street. Owner Ashley couldn’t have been sweeter in addition to being very accommodating and helpful. A perfect home for our family! Thank you for a wonderful stay in NOLA!

Great Place and Location!
So if you are looking for perfect, this place is darn close! We could not ask for more/better amenities, comfort or location. This house has everything one would want to stay for a day or a lifetime. Comfort came in the way of atmosphere, taste in furniture & bedding, climate control, washer&dryer, etc. All top notch. For a family, group of friends, couples, great choice. Location was safe and walking distance to Magazine St. If we were to want for anything, a bit more water pressure and a remote for the Master TV (could not locate) would be nice, however, not imperative. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

This Lower Garden District home is the perfect spot for entertaining. Being from NOLA, this is a wonderful home with many amenities in the heart of the lower Graden District. Easy access and walking distance to Magazine. Close to French Quarter.We were so fortunate to find this hidden gem! Perfect in every way!
