Very nice apartment with amazing view within 5 min walking from an organised beach and with many restaurants and cafes around.

The fact that there wasn't a private parking space.

Everything was perfect, all the good reviews are true. Also regarding Dimitris. Only place to go when in Kalamata.

Superb apartment! I travel a lot (at least used to before COVID) and this is by far the best a apartment I have ever rented for a short stay. I was not expecting this level of luxury having in mind the superb (best possible) location and the price which was reasonable. Apartment is spacious, view is fantastic, all of the furniture and fittings are new, well maintained, of very good quality (for example, TV is large and of a premium brand, sofa is spacious and can easily fit 5-6 people, floors are marble). Both bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds, mattress firm and supportive, no corners have been cut when furnishing this apartment. Everything is of quality, modern, new and tastefully arranged. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Pantry in the kitchen has oils, pasta, sauces, toast, crackers, cereals, coffee (3 kinds), milk, eggs... Amenities in the bathroom are like in a 4/5 star hotel. There was even a fruit basket waiting for us at the arrival. The hosts were great, offered good advices and were honestly nice and hospitable. Highly recommended, a rare find at this (or even a much higher) price.

Bath towels could be a bit larger, but I'm really nitpicking here :) nothing to dislike about this apartment or the hosts.

Very nicely decorated, with great taste. The flat is equipped with everything you need and more.

Not enough coffee capsules, however the owner offered to bring more for us - this is more of a positive than a criticism.
