We enjoyed staying at this condo for the second time. It is located close to Surfside pier with a short drive that's a straight shot. The condo was clean and beachy decorated. We love that its on the first floor and easy access to the parking lot and pool. The pool is small but adequate and not busy. It has a nice view of the pond. Mark was communicative and easy to reach. The state park pass that's available is a golden ticket! It gives you free access to the beaches that aren't as crowded as the others. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

We would definetly sty here again. The property was very well appointed with everything we needed. Mark was great with communicating with us and the unit was clean. It was 100 degrees when we were in SC, but the AC and pool did not disappoint. We likes the decor or the place too.

Very nice place and well stocked. Check in and out was very simple. The pool was great and never crowded. There was plenty of parking and it is less than a 10 minute drive to most places in the area including the beach access lots. We would definitely stay again!

This place was in a great location. Very close to the parking lot and first floor which was very convenient for loading and unloading. Short walk to the pool which wasn’t crowded at all. The condo was very clean & fully stocked with everything you’d need. Beds were comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

We got there a little early from our drive and we where able to check in early the manager was very friendly. We put all of our stuff away and got to go grocery shopping which was right around the corner the people where very friendly and nice. There is a gas station and a dollar general and food lion grocery store just a block away from the location. There was so much to do out there with kids they definitely enjoyed every minute out there. The pool was a plus to have there too some days we just stayed in and enjoyed the pool with very friendly atmosphere. The cottage is very well equipped with everything that is needed. There is a washer and dryer there to be able to wash clothes, towels to use for the shower and pool, pots and pans to cook. It's a very spacious, comfortable place to spend your vacation. I would highly recommend this as a nice, quiet place to vacation.

We loved our stay at Beach Charmony!
It's a charming place away from all the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach. It's in a quiet and safe area and was perfect for our family with young kids. It has a homey feel to it.
Location is great! 5 minutes away from beach, no more than 20 minutes away from downtown Myrtle Beach, but also close to the attractions at Murrals Inlet.
The property provides you with EVERYTHING you may need. Swim towels, beach chairs, beach toys, movies, some shelf stable/freezer leftover food, shampoo, conditioner, etc. State park pass was excellent! We loved going to the beach at Myrtle Beach State Park. It was much more quiet, had easy parking, and all the amenities you may need. They also have a pool about 20 steps away from the unit.
Owner got back to questions we had in a timely manner.
If you're ok with not staying directly on the beach, I highly recommend this property!

1. Noise from above is distracting at night
2. All beds were extremely uncomfortable. If the property owner is willing to drop some coin on this rental, I’d suggest quality mattresses and bedding.
3. Cookware warped, needs an upgrade.
4. Your fridge is trying to “throw a rod” when the compressor kicks in….quite loud, distracting.
4. Nice TV in extra bedroom plays DVDs. It would be nice to stream in there.
On the positive side, quite clean. as advertised. Easy check in check out.

This is our second year staying here. The condo is as advertised and is well stocked with anything you could need for a beach stay. The use of the MB state park pass is amazing. Mark is easy to communicate with and is timely with his responses.

Nice clean house ,location was great seem like everything the kids wanted to do was 30 minutes or less only thing I didn’t really care for is it in a apartment complex and I’m not a big fan of that. A little noisy from the neighbors upstairs other then that we loved the place the kids had a ball with the pool outback

My family and I spent a week here and had such a wonderful time. The location is great, close but not too close to all of the sights and sounds of the beach. The condo is equipped with all that you may need and more. The state park pass was an added perk that we really enjoyed. I highly recommend Huntington Beach if you like wildlife. We will definitely be back!

When we first walked in, we were just in awe. The space, the decor, this place had everything! Perfect for our family of 6. There were games, beach towels and an umbrella! Made us all feel like we were home. If we come back to South Carolina we're definitely gonna get in touch with Mark or Jean! Awesome people and a great place for a vacation!

This was for family to visit a a terminal ill member of our family. I can't thank the owner enough for the help he gave us. 6 siblings stayed in a very clean/ comfortable condo, well equipped with more than we needed. A very good location for anyone wanting to get to beach/ restaurant's, & just 10 minutes away from our family. Or just wanted peace & quiet. Thank you Mark we will definitely be back on a happier occation.

Place was wonderful and very nicely kept, lots of goodies stocked for your convenience. Quiet condo area perfect location to the beach. His South Carolina state park pass was wonderful, saved us so much money and opened our eyes to the state parks. Much Less crowd than mrytle beach. Also garden city beach near the condo was one of our favorites, clean and less populated.
There was a day mark emailed me to let me now they were working on tv cable and hoped I was enjoying my stay it was so nice for him to give us a heads up. We just watched movies mainly when we were there. He has a good selection of movies.
Overall really great stay! My family and I would be delighted to stay again!

Location is a great a really near everything to the strip to Myrtle Beach about 8 mins to drive.Mark is excellent response to you as soon as you reach out and Jean and great as well spacious only thing I would recommend maybe television in bedrooms in case after a long day of shopping or adventure you can just relax in your room and find a great movie,however again place is great access to games to play grill pool so much

My husband and his family decided to go on a family trip together and I chose this location. Mark was very quick with response and anytime I had a question, I was able to contact Jean whom was awesome as well. It was close to beach and grocery store and so much more. The property supplied everything you could possibly need to feel like you are home and at the beach at the same time. We enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay again. "Beachcharmony" was exactly as described, plenty of room for family of four. Condo was clean and had everything that was needed for quick holiday weekend stay. The pool was steps from the door and was delightful. The owner (Mark) was great to work with, definitely one of the nicer places we have stayed in Myrtle Beach.

We had a great time at beach charmony. It was the perfect location, only a mile from the beach and right around the corner from food lion and dollar general. The pool was steps away from the door and my kids loved it. Also it was great not having to worry about all the extra stuff- there were beach chairs, boogie boards, and many other extra amenities for us to use ! :) thank you !

I am writing this review as we are driving back home. Our family of 5 decided to spend 2019 vacation in Myrtle Beach/ Surfside Beach area. We searched around but we kept coming back to this condo. We stayed at this condo in 2017 and we loved it. So it was no brainer to comeback to a place that feels like home away from home. It is 20 minutes away from Broadway and other fun places. Beach is just down the street about 5 minute ride. Having pool close to a condo always a plus with kids.
We will be back for next Myrtle Beach vacation.

This place was so nice, roomy, and it seriously felt like a home away from home. Mark gave us some good advice on places we could go before we got there which we enjoyed very much. The pool was a short distance from the front door which was great for the kids! Shopping is right around the corner and the beach is a 5 minute drive away. There was a little issue with the water being turned off due to people doing some unauthorized work in the complex, but Mark and Jean were easy to contact about what was going on and immediately addressed it with the HOA. I plan to come back to South Carolina and would definintely stay here again. I have already recommended this place to family and friends planning a trip here!

We stayed here to be close to family who live nearby and visit the beaches. This condo was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen. The complex was very quiet and close to everything. Our kids loved the pool and feeding the swans and ducks right by the pond. The beach was just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.
