Easily accomidated 8 adults on golf outing. Ample gathering spaces, heated pool was nice. Convenient location between OC and Dewey.

The house was perfect for our stay. The pool was warm and fun. If you did not feel like leaving you had everything onsite too keep busy. Location was quiet and relaxing. Grocery stores are close with great variety. The house had plenty of kitchen tools and products which was a surprise. The shower water pressure was amazing. The beach parking pass gets you parking with a fee. Host was informative and helpful

We had a wonderful stay. The pictures on the website did not give it the full credit it deserves. We had a wonderful stay. There is much more decoration than pictured in the photos and we really liked the decor. They have wonderful kitchen that was stocked with equipment and even had soy sauce. We really appreciated that they provided some extra items that was really helpful. The property even had baby gate and other items that made our stay comfortable. It was close to beaches and a great place for a social distanced vacation. we were able to visit national parks and close enough to supermarkets. The owner was very responsive and even helped us use the fireplace. It was nice and cozy. The space was a great place to relax and enjoy the vacation. We would love to stay there again in the future !! Thanks for making us feel so welcomed. Next time, i would love to use the pool! Great place and do not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and my sister's family (both families of 5, with 6 kids under 10 including two infants) stayed here for a long weekend in April. It had plenty of space for all of us. It's easily accessible off Rt 1, and a short drive to Bethany Beach. The pool was cold in April of course but the kids still had a lot of fun swimming. The off-season price was amazing for the size and location. There was a bit of a mix-up regarding check-in, but it was resolved smoothly thanks to a responsive host. Highly recommended.

House was lovely, very well equipped and clean, with amazingly solicitous owner and housekeeper ( his sister) who were just great. We fell jn love with the empty beaches of the state park while teenagers enjoyed the small downtown a quick ride away. Wished the Coastal Highway had been a little less busy - you have to go on it to get anywhere - but thats a small price to pay.

Perfect for gathering with friends. Owner was very communicative. I would rent again!

My husband and I stayed with our four college -aged kids for Thanksgiving . Lots of room to socially distance but still be together. The home is amazing, beautifully decorated and a well stocked kitchen in which I was able to make a a full Thanksgiving feast. Entire home is luxurious but the master bedroom upstairs is magnificent! Felt like a 5 star hotel (we travel a lot!). Close to the beach for long walks and lots of restaurants and other conveniences. The pool looks fantastic , we hope to come again when it’s warm so we can use it! Landlord was prompt with answering questions and gracious.

Just a stayed here and had a wonderful experience, the location is right by the beach in a very private setting. The house is generously stocked with everything you could possibly need and the owner was a joy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend it.
