Property was perfect for a big family of all ages, lots of room, close to the pool and had what we needed for a long weekend

I will start with our host, Kristin, who responded promptly to any issues we may have had. There was an issue with the cleaning, which she handled immediately, which I appreciated.
Loved the proximity to the pool, the beds were comfortable, which is always important.
Wish there was more living room furniture to sit at, but the pictures were accurate.
It was a nice proximity to the places we wanted to go to and it was quiet.
Also, came with 6 passes to the water park, which was great. And, the kitchen was stocked.

The house worked perfect for our family vacation! The location by the pool was great for the kids. And there was enough room in the house for everyone to have their own space. Everything needed was available. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Our family couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Kristin is a very accommodating, helpful and kind host. She replied to messages quickly. The house was very clean. Paper and cleaning products were provided along with all that was needed to prepare meals (dishes, silverware, Keurig, pots, pans, etc). It was wonderful having the pool right outside the back door. The common area was great to play games and meet other vacationers. We had a wonderful 4th of July with our family and would definitely recommend this property!

Our cabin was family/kid friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed. Linens were well stocked. We think the toaster kept blowing fuses. The attic door in the garage was open. We noticed a smell in garage possibly something dead. That didn’t detract from our stay. Overall we would book again!

This was a great place to stay. Pool right in the back yard. Great family atmosphere in evenings when everyone came out to unwind after their daytime adventures. Everything else we wanted to do was very close also…lake, waterpark, Arnold’s park, car museum, bouncemania, Barefoot Bar, shopping, etc. Great timeand great place to stay!

Family Wedding Vacation

Bridges Bay cabin #224
This home was beautiful, spacious, and clean. Ten of us fit perfectly with plenty of room for spreading out. The house was stocked with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The neighborhood pool was behind the house, which was a bonus. We walked to Bridges Bay to access the water park and outdoor pool every day and had a great time. Kristin, the property manager, was friendly, accommodating, and great to work with, making sure that we had everything that we needed for a wonderful weekend! Thank you!

Plenty of room for family
We had 8 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spread out. Great backyard with room for kids to run. Easy check in process. Owner was easy to reach and quick to answer questions. Bridges Bay water park was great to utilize. Would recommend to anyone!

Good family rental
This rental was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. While the neighborhood pool was closed, we enjoyed the large backyard for playing games and the quick walk to the water park.

50th Anniversary Gathering a HugeSuccess
This property was perfect for our family and we would do it all over again. Our disappointment comes from the failure to access the pools. This is a problem of the resort and not the cabin owner.

1st time to Lake Okoboji
The house was great, we loved our stay with everyone having their own bedroom. All 8 of us fit around the kitchen table for card games & meals. Loved how well stocked it was, no need to run out & buy toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. Kristin was easily accessible & answered all of my questions.
The only disappointment wasn't with the house, it was that the indoor waterpark is really for little kids, not my teens. Also, the outdoor waterpark wasn't open yet, so the little pools were all the kids had to keep them occupied outside onsite. We did rent a pontoon & jet ski so that made them happy.

Wonderful Stay!
Kirsten was prompt and responded quickly to all my questions and messages, before and during our stay. We had kids and adults, and having the huge basement for the kids to play and watch movies was perfect! Great large cabin! Definitely would stay again!

This property was very clean, and was decorated very nicely- nothing was outdated, it has 2 awesome spaces for a large group of people to not be on top of each other. We loved this place and would highly recommend it to friends/family and would stay here again!

Wonderful Front Row To All The Action
Courtyard was full all weekend with adults and kids playing yard games during the day and night. The pool is right outside the deck so handy for running back and forth. Close to restaurants, a nice walk to downtown, everyone around us were so friendly and fun!!

They told us the master had a king size bed, it was queen at the most, It needed some maintenance, light bulbs were out in the master bathroom, the screen was ripped on the patio, closet door handles were broke, one closet door wasn't even hooked up, one of the kitchen chairs was in the garage broken, shade to the patio didn't go up all the way and a few other things. Liked the place, just needed some maintenance.

Bridges Resort Home Stay
Wonderful property, worked well for our large family with plenty of space. Resort area pool was right out the back door. Short distance to resort amenities, could either walk or drive. Would recommend this property to anyone no matter what age the family members.

Our property manager was extremely responsive and helpful in the entire pre stay, and during our stay.
The location was great for a day at the beach. Arnold's park amusement, renting a pontoon, and restaurants.

Our experience at this Boji house was AMAZING. The house was very clean, decorated well, and located in a great spot! The house was so spacious and we had zero complaints. The host was attentive and responded immediately with any questions we had. I HIGHLY recommend booking this home for your stay in Okoboji!
