The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and acknowledged us in every passing. We were happy to have a coffee maker and refrigerator to use. We also appreciated that we could use the parking facility even though it cost a fee. We also liked the noon checkout time. The location was perfect for walking to the CHI Center venue and multiple restaurants and bars in the area.

We received an 8:30 a.m. knock on the door announcing,"housekeeping." We did not realize that we needed a 'do not disturb' sign posted the night before to avoid that. We would have appreciated complimentary coffee in the lobby at any hour. The shower water pressure was ridiculously low because of the shower fixture. Between taxes, fees, and $19 overnight parking, the rate I booked quickly jumped an additional $50.

Very nice area with handy restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel was clean, well kept-up and had an appealing location. Also, not super pricey!

Easy to get to downtown

It was a little spendy for what you got. A continental breakfast was $10. A maid knocked on our door at 0900 to ask if we wanted room service, even though we stayed only one night. The night front desk staff was rude when we asked where we could order food for delivery.

Old Market location excellent for dining

Do not book this property if there is a concert at the Omaha Event Center a block away. During our stay there was a Country Western artist playing and when it ended we heard car horns and loud noises until 2am

The location was relatively convenient to the Old market area. Staff was friendly.

The pillows were the worst I have ever slept (or attempted to sleep) on. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. If one of us rolled over so did the other! The rate was rather expensive for the room. Parking was$19.00/day.

Very dirty. Big wet spot in front of the dresser. Mentioned it to front desk, but did nothing about it. Beds were very very hard. Did not sleep for 2 nights straight. Horrible~ Also, price we reserved online was $125 more than the price shown online the day we checked in and they would not do any type of adjustment.

The staff was very friendly. The ambiance in the foyer was very vibrant and warm. The location was great in that it allowed us to walk to dinner easily and then walk our dogs at the nearby park. The parking garage was easy to find.

The mini fridge in our room still had food in it from a prior guest. We went to put our leftovers in there from our dinner and it was full of old, smelly food from someone else. It was a bit gross to be honest.

The staff was always helpful.

There were peanuts on the floor from a previous guest, but the rest of the room was clean.
