POSIZIONE PRIMA. NUOVO SUL MERCATO. Situato nel cuore di Carmel-By-The-Sea, siamo lieti di offrire questo SPACIOUS recentemente ristrutturato, OPEN CONCEPT 2 BEDROOM Pied-a terre con EN SUITE BATHS. Lussuosamente progettato con una planimetria aperta, con chef GRANITO CUCINA CON ISOLA CENTRO, PAVIMENTI IN PIETRA, GRANITE CONTRO VANITÀ E CAMMINATE IN DOCCE, FULL LAVANDERIA COMPLETA e una posizione che ti permette di camminare per TUTTI i ristoranti Carmel, gli shoppes e la spiaggia . Nuovo per il mercato delle case vacanze a partire da maggio 2019 abbiamo progettato con cura gli interni per il comfort dei nostri ospiti. L'edificio è composto da due unità in affitto. Entrambe le unità sono identiche. Entrambi gli spazi abitativi sono completamente separati con i loro ingressi. Le unità da due camere da letto sono poco meno di 1300 piedi quadrati. L'unità 1 si trova al piano terra e l'unità 2 si trova al secondo piano (sopra l'unità 1). Ogni unità ha un elenco separato su VRBO. Questo elenco ospita l'unità 1 situata al piano terra dell'edificio. Situato nel cuore di Carmel-By-The-Sea, abbiamo ancora un ambiente piuttosto privato come i duplex situati lontano dalla strada e circondati da altre locande tranquille.

Owner should disclose that no air conditioning is available. It was plenty cool with the windows open, I feel this should be disclosed.

The property is in a great location, easy walking to restaurants, markets, coffee and easy walk down to the beach. The unit was very clean and modern, having everything we needed. The manager was easy to engage with. Great stay!

This was a great place to stay in Carmel for two couples. We loved the fact that it had two en-suite king sized bedrooms and a comfortable living space. The location could not have been better for exploring Carmel-by-the-sea. Would definitely recommend.

Property was a gem of a find and the perfect location to unwind post family wedding in Napa. We've stayed in Carmel several times over the years and loved the idea of being so close to Ocean in the heart of town. We were able to walk everywhere. The place itself was well appointed and very comfortable for two couples. Super responsive management team when one small issue arose (fire alarm). Highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

Stayed here with my wife and dog. Had an amazing trip. The apartment is very well kept and clean. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms were nice as well. Steven was a great host and made sure we had everything needed. Definitely want to stay here again soon

This property was so prefect for our girl's trip! The unit is beautiful, clean, very well equipped and perfect location. We walked everywhere around Carmel from the house. The owner is amazing, accommodating and available. This is my second stay at this property and hopefully won't be my last!

Have stayed here before with friends, and knew it would be the perfect place for our grandmother, daughters and granddaughter get away - and it was! Location is the best, with a short walk to the beach. Will be back in October with friends and our dog!

For dining and shopping this was perfect. I didn't realize the unit was below grade. There was a musty smell we could not get rid of, not sure what it was. Also one of our guests had a very difficult time with the door lock. Amenities and supplies were perfect!

Truly, every detail that you might want or need has been thought through. Incredibly well-stocked compared to the norm. Location cannot be beat and reserved parking made short jaunts away from downtown stress-free. Perfect place to stay.

This is a great property in a wonderful town. Stay of the art, plenty of room, well kept and stocked, steps away from downtown Carmel. Owners have prepared a welcome handbook that covers every conceivable thing you need to know. So helpful. We will be back.

Excellent location, beautifully updated and maintained property with everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach, good parking. Property manager communicated well, getting access was simple. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Monterey/Carmel area.

Great place to stay. Chilly the week we stayed and everything was great. Nice amenities and well supplied kitchen. Only caveat would be if going in warm weather, no air conditioning or nice outdoor space.
