Spacious and clean. It was also great to have the outside space.
The awful, smelly communal wheelie bin area at the front of the property. We did have an apology when we arrived to be shown around but it did smell at night!

Last 2 days of stay we had no hot water had to have very cold showers.
No wardrobes in the bedrooms only I hanging rail in a very small cupboard

Excellent location, supermarket and town centre and attractions within 10minutes walk. Dedicated parking lot.
Apartment kitchen was very well equipped, looks fairly recently refurbished.
Excellent communication with staff managing Apartment.
Our ensuite room duvet cover was badly stained with what looked like mould spots.
No place to hang towel or clothes at all in bathroom or in the room.
Plenty of hangers in a closet room.
Sofa in living room dated.

Location. Bright and airy. 2 bathrooms.
Double bed in the ensuite bedroom was too narrow for 2 people. Ugly stain on the carpet. Sofas too small and one of them broken. Fob on one of the key rings not working.

It was very spacious and clean and in a good central location. There was a well equipped kitchen and good size bedrooms.
It would be an improvement to add some small details: coat hooks, a cork screw, sharper knives. Also the wifi worked well in mist of the house but not in the back double bedroom.

Was huge. Every room was massive. Great location! Facilities were superb. The lady who met us to give keys was very understanding when we arrived later than expected due to traffic and was incredibly friendly

settees were uncomfortable - no mirrors next to plug sockets in bedrooms for drying hair

The pictures on the website does not do it justice. All bedrooms are very spacious. There is a veranda off the living room, with table, chair, umbrella. However not mentioned because the seagulls are on a roof nearby, so lots of bird poo. I suggest do not feed seagulls, as 1 of the bedroom, is off the veranda, so the bird in the middle of the night was pecking at the window, he did that, whilst he was being feed earlier in the day.
Location excellent. The main harbour is 8-10 mins walk away. The tunnel beach is directly opposite. Ilfracombe beech is 5 mins walk
