Die Nähe zum Strand ist sehr gut. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im Ort und man kann gemütlich in beiden Richtungen an der Hauptstraße laufen, um Geschäfte zu erreichen.

Auf der Baustelle Urlaub machen muss man nicht wirklich haben. Das Nachbarapartment wurde komplett saniert. Die Verwaltung wusste angeblich nichts davon. Die Sicherheitsmänner sitzen direkt nebenan und sorgen mit ihren Mobiltelefons für Lärm auch am Abend. Frühmorgens wird man durch die Bewohner geweckt, die unmittelbar am Schlafzimmer vorbei laufen, Der Abstand Bett zum Gehweg sind 2,5m.

Condo was very dated, curtains were well worn and not hung completely, bedroom blinds were missing veins, living room ceiling fan didn’t work, carpets were dirty, exposed side of fridge had rust marks, and lani had only 3 chairs with no umbrella. Nice to have would be beach chairs, and umbrella.

Several things in the unit need repair/replacement. Ceiling fan in Family/Living room does not work. TV is VERY Tiny (and I mean VERY Tiny). Additionally, the cable link/hook-up / remote is exceptionally difficult to operate (and we have the same service in our home - We live in Kihei also). And I AM Tech Literate. The cookware needs replacement. Everything sticks. Can't even fry and eggs. Refrigerator works but the entire visual side of it is total corrosion. Needs repair. Our unit was the only first floor unit on the street side withOUT an umbrella as part of the Lani Table. Curtin facing street (Sliding Door) is in poor Condition. Bed comfortable. Sofa is NOT. There is a DEEP gouge in the wall behind main door entrance. Traffic was as bad as Oahu or Los Angeles, do to VERY Bad planning. To have concurrent ongoing construction on BOTH the HWY & South Kihei Rd is INSANE.

Everything was absolutely perfect the location is perfect you have everything the you need to have a excellent time

this unit is on the main walkway to the beach and is on the ground floor. everybody walks past your bed room window and your door. the security office is across the walkway from the front door. two nights the security people were removing some screaming and yelling homeless person between 2 and 4am.

this unit is in bad need of a do over. the carpet is shot there are stains in several places

The property is close to beaches.

The property is in the first floor beside the security and close to the main entrance, so it is noisy all the time.

Nice location, big apartment, has everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach as well.

Dryer stinks, no AC in the bed room, coffee maker and toaster were dirty. Wifi connection is really poor.
