Навсякъде е много чисто, басейнът е чист и много добре измислен, хотела е на около 10-15 Мин от плажа. Има затворен детски кът и фитнес, в близост се намира голям магазин и ресторантче :) Персоналът е изключително любезен и отзивчив .

La résidence est relativement récente. L'appartement avec deux chambres est vraiment grand. Le salon est spacieux avec une grande tv système android idéal pour les enfants notamment pour youtube. On trouve deux balcons. La cuisine est toute équipée et très récente. On ne se sent pas les uns sur les autres. On peut avoir une vue sur une grande piscine. C'est vraiment bien : moderne et spécieux pour résumer. Cerise sur le gâteau : on dispose d'une machine à laver dans l'appartement!

On aurait aimé disposer d'un petit bar convivial où l'on peut boire un café ou une boisson fraiche et pas juste une machine café thé chocolat automatique avec des pièces.

Obsługa, lokalizacja, otoczenie, jest pralka i kuchnia jest wyposażana w porządku.

We were at Sweet Homes 3, as we requested at reservation. It is located around 800m from the coast and, in contrast to the hotel, its nearest town surrounding is not too pretty. However, the hotel itself is really an amazing object with very nice & polite service (best to communicate in Bulgarian or Russian languages). Apartment was beautiful, clean and available for us even before the regular check-in hour. It was equipped with air-conditioner (only in living room), 2 TVs (1 in bedroom), fridge, electric stove and a set of pots, dishes & cutlery (no microwave, toaster or oven). Bathroom has a shower cabin, WC, sink & washing machine (no bidet). Bedroom bed was large and quite comfortable (very soft mattresses), the pull-out couch in the living room was nice but too short for grownups - our kids liked it though :) On the balcony, reachable from both rooms, there was a small table, 2 chairs & a foldable clothing dryer. Outdoor swimming pool (illuminated in evenings) is large, equipped with jacuzzi streams and divided in 3 sections with different depths. It is surrounded with many useful facilities: shower, plenty various sunbeds with umbrellas, benches, tables with chairs, playground, grill area and more. Everything well maintained and covered with flowers. Sweet Homes 3 is a pearl of Sunny Beach :)

In the apartment there was not much to improve: maybe the condition of some equipment, like shower cabin sealing or amount of glasses. The swimming pool should have some sharp edges fixed at children area. There is no hotel parking and no free spaces on the street, so maybe a solution would be to rent some spots at the private parking areas nearby exclusively for the hotel guests. Also, it's worthy to rephrase the pool terms - it's not clear if it's allowed to swim between 9 and 10 PM :)

-swimming pool was nice -fully equiped kitchen -close to super market, next to the aquapark -friendly staff -appropriate for families

-in the original booking there is no mention that there are several different buildings numbered from 1 to 7 that belong to this complex and this is confusing. We received this info when we arrived. We stayed in Sweet homes no. 2 which is the furthest from the beach. - distance to the near beach is more than 1 km and it will take around 15-20 minutes to reach it after you learn the quickest way to do it

Super-friendly and helpful reception on-site. Clean and modern.

Quiet hours from 12:00 - 16:00 every day were not mentioned in the booking ad, which meant our kids (who love swimming) did not want to use the pool as they would get "shushed" in the middle of the day, seriously limiting our pool experience. Only the receptionists speak English so it's really hard to communicate with cleaners via hand gestures. The walk to the beach feels longer than expected along busy streets. The pictures in the booking ad are from multiple Sweet Homes complexes so we only had about 1/3 of the outside areas available in the pictures.

Stuff, comfort, pool. DORA IS THE BESTTT

Little expensive, a lot of restrictions, and spa is not working if you don’t raise some requests

Good location close to the centre! They allowed my friend to collect the keys on my behalf as my flight was delayed, this was very kind and helpful, it was a Very nice sized apartment with shower and washing machine and all appliances. Thank you to the Kind reception lady who helped me check out because I was confused haha!

Lots of children running up and down the halls at different hours of the night and some families not allowing others in the pool..
