I love everything about this place. Everything perfect. One of the best places ever. Hosts are great. The apartment exceeded my expectations 😁.

Location is on the beach, very central. Staff were great.

The area is busy and hotel is next to very loud bars that are open until 5am... Avoid if sensitive to noise.

A very good location. Right in the centre of the action, if you are not worried about the noise from the late bar below (which we knew about before arrival and accepted this).

My rating is poor because the description of the location does not mention anything about music passing through the closed windows. Kaya app. is central, near beach, but also across the street of two largest clubs in Sunny Beach (Viking Beach Club and Palm Beach Bar ). The clubs compete by playing louder and louder music as evening approaches. They play very loud music (bass) begining at 14.00 and end next morning at sunrise(5.00) ! Verry noisy place. You have all windows exposed to them. The reception is just smiling, it doesn't really help you. Even the air conditioning batteries were replaced with ones that stopped working the next day.

Location is perfect, especially if you are going out at night. And the apartment has one THE best views in the entire Sunny Beach!! The people working the reception was really, really nice. I had to cut my stay short because of personal reasons, and its was no problem getting help late at night. My new fav place to stay in Sunny Beach when I dont feel the need for a pool.

I forgot to inform the reception, but there was a couple of ants roaming the apartment, but this is pretty normal in Sunny Beach.

the sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and my mate was snoring his head off for 6 nights.

You cannot get more central. On the corner of the Prominade and Flower Street.

The noise and heat were just unbearable. The Air-conditioning didn't work, so you need to leave the doors open and you are surrounded by four 24hr bars that pump out thumping loud music from around 2pm until 4-5 in the morning. The sun comes in by about 7am and turned the place into a sauna, even with blackout curtains closed and the doors open.

We've booked the beach frontal apartment with my family (3 generations). The rooms are very spacious, the view from all 3 rooms are amazing as the beach is just in front of it. The rooms face east so we could enjoy the sunrise over the sea right from our room! Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms with toilets, plus there's an extra 3rd toilet which was amazing for a family of 5. The apartment is well equipped, hair dryers, cloth hangers, ironing board, wash machine, everything. The building is in the center of Sunny Beach and I mean in the center! The best restaurants, beach bars and beaches are just below the apartment - we didn't have walk to find something interesting to do, just had to step out of the building. There are multiple WiFi networks to choose from and the connection was fast - I could join conference video calls with no problems. The boat to Nessebar's old town departures right in front the building. And the hosts are super nice!

some may find the noise disturbing at night as beach bars are just next to the building - but not me or my 5 year old, we slept great!

There was no breakfast, but the apartment has all the facilities to prepare a breakfast and not only. The location is close to the beach, shops, restaurants... During the weekend evenings it might get noisy, but closing the windows it is OK. There is air conditioning and balconies in the bedrooms and living room. Towels exchanged daily and waste removed daily as well. Access through elevator to the upper floors. Parking not included in the apartment price, and there is an additional cost of 25 BGN/day, but the parking is just beside the building and guarded.

Wifi is not quite stable could use some improvement. There is no shower cabin, but floortraps and not all water is being properly conveyed towards them, so there is a need for mopping a bit, however this is a construction flaw.

Only for those who can sleep after 02:00 am. with closed doors. It is noisy as it is on the main street close to several discos and beach party places. Host is very very helpful and flexible!

Mr Georgi, he is excellent person, helped us a lot. The size and fascilities of the appartment were highly enough. Location can not be much more than this.

The apartments were well furnished, clean and expansive. Great views of the Black sea and very close to all the amenities of Flower Street. Great staff whom where very helpful.

Big apartment with balcony in the epicenter of sunny beach party zone. So of course it is noisy during night. Stores just around the corner. Parking at location is available. I recomment a walk to the old city of Nessebar along the beach.
