The staff is very nice and helpfull. The room was big and nice, with comfortable beds.
The lunch and dinner with tasty food.
Breakfast - the worst omlet ever -full of water or /and oil and the wursts looks very old.

We asked for two neighbouring non-smoking rooms, but we got two rooms far away from each other and one of them was bad smell smoky. we wrote to Booking, then we got new room near the other.We were first floor, it was very noisy.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and F&B
We had 3 rooms and travelling with two infants ( 2 & 4 Years old ).
It was so helpful that we were able to check in early.
Very good drinks at the pool bar from the guy Storjan.
We had a 6 pm flight back to Germany and were allowed to wait in the hotel premises.

The stuff was great, location is close to the seaside but also has a pool. Food was diverse and changed from day to day.

Anton (manager) and Helin Velieva (reception) were very kind to us since our first contact. We asked for early check in and later check out because our flight back was in the evening and Anton was very helpful. Helin and all girls working in the restaurant and pool bar were always smiling and being kind. Bedroom was a good size and they have 3 single beds, different of most hotel that offer sofa-bed. The cleaner lady (5floor) was very pleasant too.
Well, maybe an improve at the restaurant meals would be welcome.

Towels and sheets were changed just after 5 days after we requested that at reception.

Really nice staff, food above expectations, nice pool. Superb price / performance. They agreed to put our motorbike behind protected fence at no costs.

Food was really fantastic. I prefer domestic cuisine and this one was really great. Hotel looks very good, everything was clean. The staff make up a great young team.
The journey to the beach took about 15 minutes and led around stinking containers and broken sidewalks.
After a few days, a large group of Hungarian retirees arrived. Some of whom behaved like uneaten animals - but the hotel is not to blame.

- Stuff is young, very nice and cheerful, always smiling to people when serving
- It’s good value for money
- We were disturbed by a noisy group of people, but overall the hotel management took our complaint into consideration and acted accordingly in our advantage
- They reply fast on booking if any additional information is needed
- Location is not really on the beach, 10-15 walking but the walk was quite good

To far from the beach. Food was good but you have to wait to be served from behind the counter unlike other all inclusive hotels where you take it yourself.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, good food (Soups are amazing).
Very minor remark, choice of the dishes where limited, most probably because it was relative quit in the Hotel.

This is the second time I chose Riagor Hotel to spend my vacation and I don't regret it at all.
Everyone is super friendly and willing to help. They speak english very well and their smile are a good way to start every morning.
The food was delicious, congrats to the chef, he does a great job! Each day I found something tasty to eat.
