Overall great condo and clean beach

The family and I went to Pensacola, we diced to get a condo for one night. I am happy we did, it was a great place for my family, to relax for the time we was in town.

Condo was great! Loved the location very quiet and convenient to places we wanted to go. We hope to visit again soon!

I rented this unit for long weekend trip with friends. The unit is very delightful as well as the location. Kat, was very helpful and answered all of my questions very quickly. My group and I really appreciated her accommodating us and allowing us access to the unit early.

The condo was very clean and very nice, owner was very quick to reply to my questions. Love the view and how close it is to the beach. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great property

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip. Beachfront location was steps from the beach. We loved overlooking the beach and pool. Owners took all the work from us and left conveniences such as beach wagon, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, nets etc. Beds were comfortable. Nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom and communication from host was quick to respond.

Loved our stay! I booked our stay for my husband’s 50th birthday. He and my kids had a wonderful time. The view from the balcony and quick access to the beach was perfect. The condo was clean and decorated well. I would definitely rebook and recommend to anyone who wants a nice relaxing beach vacation!

We would stay here again. However, I do appreciate honest reviews so here is mine. The place was overall clean, but corners and such were very dirty of hair and dirt etc. Beach towels would be a nice touch and was greatly missed. Also if staying for a couple days it would be nice if there was more than one dishwasher pod. But other wise a great stay, time and great location!!

We had a wonderful experience at the condo. Clean and private with beautiful views! Loved all the books and games included in the condo to keep our little busy on a rainy day.

Had 3 kids with me and the room for them was perfect size. Good location looking out to pool and ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We had some friends join us for part of the stay, the guest bedroom and bath are very large so they were comfortable sharing the condo space with us. We had the opportunity to meet the lovely owner and she was very accommodating to our needs and suggestions. We especially loved the location on the beach, plus it was only a short drive to all the restaurants and shopping on the Island. We would certainly consider renting this unit again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. We loved that there was a king bed in one bedroom and 2 queens in another! Beautiful view of the ocean! My kids are older but there were some toys that younger kids would enjoy! Would stay there again.

Wonderful place! Well equipped with a great layout. Kitchen had all we needed to cook with. Location was just so enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo. It was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, simply and tastefully decorated, and well located. It overlooks the ocean, which is always a bonus. Plus, just take one flight of stairs (or one floor down on the elevator) and a short walk out the back door and up-and-over-the-dunes via the boardwalk, and you are on the beach! This was a memorial trip during which I was thinking about the recent loss of my wife of nearly 39 years. Pensacola Beach was her favorite vacation destination. The peacefulness of the condo and the beach was very comforting. A very good choice for one to six vacationers. I highly recommend it! (But I hope folks don’t book it solid for the next year—I want to be able to go back.)

Second story condo allows you to see the beach and ocean (not well visible from the first floor) and sunrise. Very clean and well maintained. Great Wi-fi. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Easy parking, tennis courts and pool all handy. Wonderful stay

We stayed during off season, during the week. The condo was well appointed, with appliances, dishes, linens, even toys, games, movies, and books! The balcony was nice, and you could sit and watch the waves. We saw dolphins, rays, small fish; and we enjoyed walking on the beach, looking for shells, and splashing in the water.

We loved the property. Felt very safe. The pool was well cared for and cleaned daily as our unit overlooked the pool so we saw the pool being cleaned. Perfect captain chairs on the patio with perfect view. The condo is very roomy and well equipped. We love the area and learned about Pensacola Beach when our son was in the Navy at Cory Station. Found a great breakfast cafe nearby that has excellent Veggie Omelets. Hope we can return another time as the property manger quickly responded to our questions. Very easy check in and out. Just what we were looking for!

Me and my friends stayed a couple of nights for a CrossFit competition and we loved it very clean and very safe place right on the water would def go back

Everything was great. Under the beds needs cleaning. Ice maker worked awesome.

Location is wonderful. The place is well equipped even for children. As extremely hot as this week was, the condo was comfortable. Host provides you with everything you need to start out your stay.

Kat was AMAZING in communicating! Couldn't ask for a better host! The location is PERFECT. The best beaches!! If you play tennis, the courts are GREAT! The condo was cozy and clean! Would definitely recommend!!

My children, my Sister and I enjoyed our stay. My kids were given a new lease on life, I adopted them in Nov. They had never stayed in a condo, they were mesmerized and said this is the best place ever. We hope to return next summer!

We had a very nice stay at this condo. I only wish we had a few more days to enjoy. The view was beautiful and access to the beach easy.

My family and I had a great little stay!! The condo had so much for the kids to do! Very clean and cool inside! Will definitely be back!

Beds were comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, view from balcony was very nice. Communication with host was prompt and check in was easy. The building itself is a little odd. They seem to be doing some renovations on the exterior (painting?) and the lobby is very warm. Access to the beach was quick and easy. Just a couple suggestions: the unit sleeps six, but there are only two chairs on the balcony. Another chair or two would be nice. The living room needs a lamp or two and the couches are old/tired/dirty looking. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is was everything we needed and more! Family of 5 and we never felt crowded! Well stocked kitchen, which was nice for a family like ours, who plans to cook most nights to get the most out of the beach days! The dryer was broken before our arrival, so that was the only downside because I had planned to wash beach towels and suits through the week! Kat, PM was very quick with communication, and kept us posted on trying to get it fixed during our stay. As far as the 2 complimentary chairs, that was hit or miss, but not the condo’s fault but the gentleman that was running it. He was hit or miss on when he was out there setting us. One day it was after 12, one day he was there at 9.. Most days by the time the chairs/umbrellas were set up and he was ready take names, we already had a spot on the beach set up, and he had chairs available on the opposite side. Finally, the last day, the chairs were set up at 8am and we were able to use them! Just be aware, if you’re expecting only to use those for the beach! Definitely would look into booking in the future!

The condo had everything we needed. Our grandchildren were with us and there were toys and books for them in the condo and a wagon that was great for hauling all their stuff to the beach. Kat was easy to work with and answered my messages promptly. The location can't be beat.

We enjoyed a lovely getaway with our kids. We were near construction there but it didnt interfere with our trip. Beautiful views and loved the balcony. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella as well as kayak. It is just past the busy area of all the restaurants near public beach. Would stay there again!!
