The best part of the hotel is it's connected to the mall . Even though there are no nearby restaurants shops and all, but since it's connected to mall there should not be any inconvenience for people especially for families with sudden need for anything for their kids.. Rooms are good but if you want a view then Please book in advance and check in early. We were not lucky to get the desired room. The pool and other amenities are available as promised and the staff are very friendly.. Worth for money.. nice food. My whole family loved it.. breakfast is amazing.

However I found some scope of improvement that the hotel management should look into.. 1. There should be enough information to be placed on how to operate the telephone, lifts and the facilities.. 2. The room service timeline should be improved.. 3. Upon arrival we didn't find staff to help us park the car, check in etc.. may be crowded but still can be improved 4. There should be some information on the bar and it's available offer at the hotel room..that's an inconvenience I felt..

I really like this Hotel since it has an amazing value of money + quality

I faced some issues with this stay, the check-in process wasn't smooth and communication among staff wasn't proper. I booked two rooms and paid for them but my friends who came later faced an issue and the staff didn't know about the room and told them that it was not paid. If my friends didn't call me which I expected to happen, I think they would be charged again. Also, I asked for non-smoking room but the room was given first has a deep smell of cigarettes 🚭. However, i asked them to change it and they changed it quickly, i appreciate that! They need to approve the staff customer service and communication

1. I emailed hotel twice to ask about airport transfers prior to arrival. Did not get reply 2. at check in, there was a long wait with 2 staff but 6 groups checking in 3. ants in bathroom 4. water dripping/streaking down wall in bathroom 5. door handles loose (secured with 2 screws, even through there are six screw holes) 6. weak shower water pressure and stains on bath tub 7. dim lighting 8. occupants in next room were shouting and noisy 9. housekeeping did not replace towels & used cups on several occasions. When asked, still did not deliver promptly on one occasion 10. quality and maintenance was far from depicted on website 11. friends stayed at nearby hotel Doubletree Hilton which was much better quality & cleanliness (costs comparable) 12. had dinner & drinks at nearby Novotel which had much better restaurant/bar 13. when trying to flush toilet the wall button/panel threatens to dislodge/ fall off
