De kamer, wij hadden kamer nummer 2 die lag pal aan een drukke straat net als kamer nr. 1 De hele nacht veel verkeer vlak langs je raam Er was geen parkeergelegenheid. De auto stond ergens 10 minuten verder op. Gaf veel stress Wanneer je wel je auto kwijt kan en in kamer nummer 3,4 of 5 zou slapen is er niets mis met dit verblijf

Stanza un pò piccola, ma per pochi giorni va bene lo stesso. Il bagno però è per persone magre...uno un pò robusto non ci entra....

Breakfast was very sweet…but good. Could use more options. Nice area, services, food stores nearby also bus line to train station. Very nice yard! Cost

Wasn’t sure about the extra charge for A/C. Everything was worked out though. Owner was very nice!

I quite liked the location as it was traditionally Italian with bars, restaurants, small shops and no fake glamour. The sea was within fairly easy reach as was a small park with magnificent trees. The location was anything but central but there were good bus connections to the station where we arrived and the port whence we departed. The property itself had an attractive outside space.

The bathroom products were very basic and the room a little small. However, I do realise that it was budget accommodation not five-star luxury. As such, it was good value for money.

It was a very bad host

The location was not bad, however further from the beach than advertised, about a 20 minute walk. the breakfast was decent, the pastries were good.

the power went out multiple times and I had to message the host for assistance which took some time. You also have to message them on the day the exact time you’re arriving otherwise you’ll be stuck waiting outside for a long time.

The property and the room were very clean. The hostess was really nice en welcoming.

The room was very small, including the bathroom. Breakfast was simple and small, we missed the yoghurt and fruit.

A small family driven B&B with very kind staff. Near to city center as well as beach.

Do not expect a continental breakfast.

The breakfast was mediocre. You had a choice between overly sweet pastries or soggy sandwiches. I'd prefer some simple toast/bread with butter and a spread of choice over this anytime.

it was close to where I needed to be

my first day I arrived very tired from the train ride . the next day I had a 7 am appointment. my neighbor for some reason said he could hear my bathroom fan but it was in no way near his room . instead of being polite he decided to beat on my wall . this happened 3 times during the night and I got little rest and sleep . I missed my appointment the next day which ruined my whole 3 day trip . I left a day early and was out a whole business trip i so came not only to Livorno but Italy itself . so it wasn’t the 173€ for the room but the whole purpose of my trip . there will be no business done again in Livorno and I will not be returning. it is in NO way the fault of this property BUT a very rude traveler that I can not believe he could have ever hear anything since my bathroom shared walls with the hall and was 2 meters away . the sound from the street was much greater and that noise was louder than any fan . the walls are not this thin and it’s a beautiful property that is well maintained . lovely garden anyone will find pleasing

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable room. Nice garden. Good location, could walk to the beach and city center.

The hostess was very kind and helpful. I felt very satisfied and well- being, like a familymember. My room was very tidy and clean and had everything important. The location of the B&B was very good because you could achieve everything by feet.

The breakfast was not so comfortable and everything was in plastic but it was quite normal because of covid. But the coffee was good ;)

The property is very clean . Unfortunately when I left my first review regarding the “black out “ in the b&b the next day she saw me and she starts to verbally attached me! Saying me “u can’t talk now ! I need to say something “ ... I was shocked !!!! Unbelievable! The worst customer service ever!! I just explained that regarding the service she guaranteed but she didn’t provide , this black out costed me extra money because I neeed to shower , eat and charge my phone in the morning. I think she only should not charge me the full amount and give me a discount or simply apologise to me instead of be so much rude! She get offended about this review saying to me to don’t come back anymore ! With pleasure I won’t come back !!!!

Cleanliness Comfort Near to the city centre

No water and light last night until 10.45 am ! That’s was absolutely crap ! Lack of respect and service . I had an appointment in the morning I had to skip because I couldn’t take a shower !!! Ashamed

Nice position close to the center but, unfortunately, impossible to live it because it’s impossible to pay the parking with credit cards, only coins.

The soundproofing of the rooms doesn’t exits... terrible to hear the TV, and not only, of the other room. About the breakfast having troubles with gluten I asked special meal but the answer was “the breakfast is a continental breakfast”. No consideration for people who has this kind of disease.

A bit noisy from other rooms...
