This was a nice, clean 3 Bed/2 Bath home which was good for our small family and 10 year-old English Bulldog. Two of the beds were very comfortable, but the one next to the front door was not so great. Would recommend the owners upgrade the mattress. Also, the family room had a smaller TV with just basic channels and the couches/seating arrangement was not the most comfortable. After hiking/riding/playing all day, it would have been nice to come back to a more comfortable setting where we could really relax. Would recommend a bigger TV with cable channels and a sectional with reclining seats, as well as access to cable channels in the master bedroom. Overall, though, this met our needs and was the perfect size. We enjoyed visiting the community pool and hot tub, and we liked that there was a laundry room with all of the amenities. The backyard was also a good size for our dog.

This property was in a great location - nice neighborhood with beautiful red rock views. The week we were there it snowed a lot - which was a treat. The house worked great for our needs - it was clean, modern and looks like the photos. It has enough furniture to be comfortable, but not so much that there were no places for our things. We appreciated having the garage given the weather. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed the house. The bbq grill was very dirty as was the garage. There were lots of bugs in the house. We killed 12 in the short time we were there. The inside of the house was nice and clean stocked with everything we needed The neighborhood was very quiet. We enjoyed staying in Kanab

Location is perfect-close to town but you can hike right out your door. Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed 7 nights and had an amazing time. House is conveniently located a short drive from Zion NP and Bryce. The “owners manual” also offered many local attractions and amenities that we would not have known researching on our own. We took advantage of quite a few hikes and attractions. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We look forward to staying here again. Amazing trip! Family loved it!

We couldn't have been happier with this property. We had reservations about traveling during the pandemic and this was our first time using VRBO. The home was spotless and even better than the photos indicated. A beautiful view every morning and a great location that allowed us to travel to Zion, Bryce, Sand Hollow State Park and even the Grand Canyon on respective days. One member of the family stayed behind one day just to enjoy the home and the peace and quiet. Highly recommend!

Excellent home to stay in! Clean, quiet, located centrally to National parks, hiking trails and within a short walking distance to downtown. The community dog park and pool were a huge bonus!

We had a great time exploring southern Utah and Sunshine Serendipity was the perfect location. The house was comfortable and well equipped for cooking in. It was also great for traveling with our dog! The enclosed backyard with grass & the great dogpark just down the street was a huge plus. The neighborhood is very walkable and within walking distance of downtown Kanab. Would stay here again!

Had such a wonderful time in Kanab. Property location is great, quiet neighborhood close to town. Amazing red rock views from the house! Perfect size home for small family, went with our two boys 8 & 14. Was able to visit Zion, Bryce and Navajo lake.

We spend an amazing 2+ weeks at this house and in Kanab. What a delightful little town, a perfect location to exploring the National Parks and Lake Powell. The community is wonderful, particularly if you have dogs, as the nearby dog park is amazing. And you are 5 minutes from 2 wonderful trailheads (K-Hill + Toms Canyon). The pool/gym were nice as well! The house itself is nicer than the pictures. Super spacious, very comfy beds/couches. The backyard is wonderful (esp. for dogs) and there are 2 types of grills. The house was also VERY clean when we arrived, with tons of towel/linens and a great laundry situation. The welcome book with suggested hikes, etc, is great, and communication with the property managers was top notch! My one complaint and heads up if you end up renting is the kitchen is a bit lacking in terms of tools/appliances. For example, there is no whisk, no baking/roasting pans, no real knives. So bring your own of certain things if you plan to do any real cooking! I also think that master bedroom could use a King bed instead of a queen LOL, and maybe a bigger TV in the living room. We did appreciate that it had Netflix/Amazon installed in the smart TV; would have liked if the cable had a news or sports channel, but not the end of the world. We can't wait to come back!

A nice house in a beautiful and quiet area in Kanab UT. All around you are surrounded by beautiful red rock cliffs. A small but suitable back yard where we often bbq'd while enjoying the view. An approx 35 minute drive to the East entrance of Zion and a little over an hour to Bryce canyon. We also enjoyed some local hikes and rented some ATV's for half a day (from a called Conquer Utah) and explored Peek-A-Boo slot canyon and surrounding area. Overall had a good experience.

We were sad to leave this home because we had enjoyed our stay so much. * clean, relatively new * fast, reliable internet * exceptional communication with owner * back yard was perfect for our dog, and for working outside with a view during the day * kitchen had everything we needed for preparing all our meals * location was nice for going to zion, bryce, white pocket, horseshoe bend, etc * quiet neighborhood * had everything you might need and then some - washer/dryer, A/C, towels, blankets, dishwasher, soaps, detergents, exercise bike in the closet lol, etc We would definitely stay here again!

The property was lovely. Everything was in great condition. We'll have to come back when it's warmer so we can enjoy the backyard and the wonderful views!

Home was immaculate, niceley appointed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I loved sitting on the back deck in the morning drinking coffee enjoying the incredible view Property manager was exceptionally responsive and I love the La Estancia development. I would highly recommend this home to anyone planning to visit the area (although not at the same time as my next trip so I can stay there again!). "-) The home was the icing on the cake of a great trip!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well appointed, fully equipped and a great location. Centrally located for several national parks including Zion, Bryce and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. We enjoyed the local Little Hollywood Museum and Moqui Cave. We also enjoyed a good lunch at Wild Thyme Cafe, Thank you Larry!

This home is absolutely beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals and relax after hikes and playing in Lake Powell. I highly recommend this VRBO.
