I loved the hotel’s location - so close to the metro station, which we used to go to old Dubai and Dubai mall. We were also close to the lovely Dubai Creek Park, Children’s City and Al Jameel Arts Centre. The breakfast was good, and the staff was warm and helpful - the folks at the front desk, as well as Marlon, Dennis, Moen, Manoj, Nasser and Noel.

From the cleanliness to the facilities and friendliness of the staff, good food, everything was great, we will recommend the hotel to everyone, especially the perfect location for access to Downtown.

No power oulet at the bed.

Houve um problema no check in, pois não localizaram a reserva do Booking que tinha café da manhã incluído, mas foi resolvido rapidamente.

The stuff was excellent and approachable. They went out of their way to make us comfortable with our environment, they could not do enough to make us feel comfortable and we appreciated.

We love the swimming pool, the gym, the breakfast, the environment and atmosphere was relaxing.

Staffs were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast has a lot of options.

Room amenities. No available bath rob and slippers. Nothing fancy.

The hotel is located literally one corner away from Al Jadaf Metro station which you can access easily almost anywhere in Dubai. ( Burj Khalifa Area, Dubai Marina, Gold Souk). The Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they are 24/7 there to help. I would like to point out the Guy who works at the roof in pool area. He is one of the best employee i’ve ever meet in my life. He helped me in a lot of things, gave me tips and directions all the time. The breakfast is also very good, lot of variety. The room was very clean and everything was like we expected in the photos. The Hotel has a nearby ATM, 24/7 pharmacy and 24/7 supermarket close. The rooftop are with the pool has a beatiful view, you can see the Burj Khalifa and when to sun goes down the pool is lighted and the view is just amazing. They provide free water at reception and they also have an option to store and weight your luggage. They also have a smoking area , nice terrace next to the lobby which was very good as im a smoker.

The only negative thing i can say that the Pool time is 8pm and after you can not do much at the Hotel. It would be nice if they had some Billiard, ping pong or any activity to do.

Lovely staff , very friendly receptionist , friendly room cleaner , the guy from the swimming pool is really friendly, , very nice breakfast, I will definitely stay there again .

No balcony

Everything was perfect and so polite people are working there.

they didnt have any shoe polish, the bathroom lock broke, no body picks call after 12am and when you ask for room service from reception they give all things in hand even seeing that you are already carrying the luggage with you.

Very good breakfast and very close to the metro station . The staff put two bottles of water and a pack of coffee the first two days.

Our room has been cleaned the first two days only. These two days we also had water in the room. No more cleaning and no water was provided the following five days (7days spent in the hotel). Nobody even entered to remove the bin and add some toilet paper.

It was a great week stay in this hotel. Big advantige is a metro station just at the hotel. It was clean, breakfasts were delicious, personal was very nice and helpful. We could stay after our check out at pool. We also used the free transit to beach. We would come again :-)
