Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vor Ort wurde ein Upgrade auf Junior Suite durchgeführt (+ 1 Nacht verlängert) und wir waren mit der Ausstattung mega zufrieden.
Das Bett war bequem und die Nächte ruhig.
Das Frühstück war vielseitig und aufmerksam zubereitet+serviert.
Die Pools waren sauber, das Wasser sehr angenehm und erfrischend. Die Mitarbeiter haben für das Wohlsein der Gästen gesorgt.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

From the moment I entered the cafe facility, her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made me feel like a valued guest. The architecture and the detail oriented designs of every single item in the hotel.
The staff went out of the way to make us feel at home. special thanks to Singh (in room service), and the Indian staff in the breakfast restaurant (Prince, the chef and other Indian staff).

من الاستقبال الى منظفي الغرف .. اعجبني سرعة التجاوب عند الطلب
اللذي لم يعجبني الاكل في المطبخ ليس لذيذ الحلوى والطعام ايضا وليس اول مره اجرب الفندق نفس مستوى الطعام لم يتغير
اتمنى تغيير الطهي او الطاهي

I had booked a twin room but they tried to give us a king bed separating them , which was not fair , finally after requesting the proper room we booked they give us the twin room , after all was great , we had a good stay and the property was perfect.

Nous avons tout apprécié dans cet hôtel! De la gentillesse du personnel et de leur disponibilité, la propreté, la chambre et son grand balcon étaient très appréciables. Nous avons pu profiter de l’hôtel, de ses restaurants et bars. Nous y reviendrons!

Va bene per meetings non per vacanza.
Personale non sorridente.
Piscina senza sole per la maggior parte della giornata. Nel fare la ricerca ho selezionato spiaggia privata e sono uscitti assieme agli altri hotel. Ma in realtà non ce l'hanno. Sono fronte laguna con le barche.

From the beginning we had a very nice welcome and we checked in very promptly. We were asssisted at the reception by Adam who is very professional and dedicated . You can feel that he is doing his very best off to assist you in any concern in a very proactive way., he is attentive to the guest needs and try to anticipate to deliver the best customer service Manager in charge that day was very helpfull and reactive to the concerned raised to him and he tried the recover them the best he could and it was very much appreciated
Baths towels were dirty which let you doubt about the rest. They are supposed to be checked before handing the room over to he customer.
Noisy environment to sleep properly and nicelly to be relaxed and rested.
Nice breackfeat but shamely not know what Benedicts eggs are and tehy are greedy when serving the portion you have to ask for a bit more and the chef kept rolling eyes to express the fact he is not happy.
Last but not leat unacceptable for any reason of the world ,in 2023 in Dubai in a 5tars hotel not to have internet connection means tv screen useless as well.

We really enjoyed the place. The staff always keeps the room clean and prepared with all what we need. Titan was so helpful and welcoming . We recommend to visit and enjoy the experience.
