Too messy, incredibly crowded pool with people visiting from outside it was impossible to use the pool and it looked very unsanitary

All the food was great the place looks amazing

For all inclusive i only have a sun-bed by the pool and cant sit on the regular chairs and tables

One of the worst experience
They ask you for deposit in the check in
And they never pay it back since a month now
I been reclaim 4 times they keep saying tomorrow
And never received it
In the check out they said there was a mistake I. Tax tourist in my reservation from their side and they asked me to be more 80 k
Cleaning was terrible
Forget to change towels , forget water
I had to ask always
Until now iam waiting for my money deposit
Until end of the money hi will take a legal action .

Rooms, restaurants and pools were very nice
Housekeeping was very good
Could get very busy at breakfast and hard to get seating by the pool as most were reserved for minimum spend customers which was very disappointing as we were buying drinks and food but not prepared to pay what was being asked.

אי אפשר לאהוב מלון שמבצע שיפוצים ומשמיעים רעש כל היום , חוויה נוראית
בעקבות הפניה שלי לקבלה בחור בשם נג׳ם שטען הוא זה המנהל , הסברתי לו שאני לא מצליח לישון כבר שתי לילות בעקבות הרעשים שהיו סמוכים , הוא הסביר לי שמשפצים ולכן יש רעש , הרעש הנוראי הזה היה גם בבריכה , כלומר במקום להנות ליד הבריכה ממוזיקה ואוכל , קיבלת כאב ראש ורעשים , לא הצלחתי להיות חמש דקות בבריכה , החלטתי לבקר בריכות במלונות אחרים כדי שיהיה לי שקט וכיף , ביקשתי מהמנהל להעביר אותי לחדר אחר , בצד השני של המלון ,הוא סירב לתת לי ,אותו סוג חדר כמו שיש לי שפונה לבריכה , בטענה שאין , אבל אני בדקתי עם נציג אחר , כאשר אמרתי להם שחברים שלי מגיעים ומעוניינים להזמין חדר , התשובה היתה שכן יש חדרים פנויים , שפונים לים .
בקיצור שירות גרוע , וחוויה ממש נוראית .
בטוח לא אחזור לשם , אחרי בירור , הבנתי השיפוצים ימשכו לפחות עוד 8 חודשים , לכן לא ממליץ להגיע למלון הזה בתקופה הקרובה

Great food, cleaning and location
6900 AED instead of 4400. or a mysterious upgrade. We checked in early in the morning for 3 nights, having pre-paid for the 1st night (1800 AED) and 1700 euros at the reception (including a deposit of 1500 AED). We paid extra for the promised upgrade, but as we booked a superior suite sea view, so we stayed in it...). I assume that they charged us extra for an early check-in + they used a disgusting conversion rate eur -> AED. In total, we overpaid by 35%. Number 11104

كل الأشياء ونشكر كثير مضفي الاستقبال علا حسن معملتهم سرعة في التنفيذ سواء عند الدخول او المغادرة
حراس الأمن يعملون الناس بطريقة غير اخلاقية ولا يفرقون بين أناس رقية ومتخلقة وبين أناس غير ذالك غلق أنا على علمي انا المسبح يغلق على الساعة 8:00 ولكنهم طلبو منا الخروج على الساعة 7:10 لم افهم ذالك حتى هناك عامل من جنسية مغربية عندا خرجنا من الفندق عملنا وكاننا في غاية طلبنا الماء من خدمة الغرف وتأخر في بعد سعتين وتكرار الطلب
