Location is in the city centre and the staff was very friendly

The smell of canalisation was crucifying.

Great location. Lovely staff. Really chic and comfortable room with nice, big bed and perfect bathroom. Room was quiet despite being on big road.

Location is excellent and staff is friendly and attentive. Everything was clean and in good shape. Room was quiet; I didn't hear much outside noise. Staff also helped me arrange a day trip tour to see Lake Sevan, Galeti, and Geghard Monastery

I didn't realize that some of the rooms, including mine, are basement level and have only a small clerestory window for light.

The location is very convenient. You can walk to the main attractions in Yerevan easily.

Convenient location, helpful staff, the room was modern and warm. Interesting design of the room with practical convenience (we appreciated a lot 2 wardrobes that gave a possibility to store ourside jackets and shoes separately from other clothes)

From the description it was not clear that the room would be on the underground floor with a very small window just below the ceiling. For us it was not a problem, but for someone it might be. When we arrived the towels and one blanket cover in our room were wet. The receptionist tried to solve the issue but he barely knew the difference between a blanket cover and bed sheets. He provided us with some permanent solution and we decided to leave this issue for the next day (we arrived late at night), when it was resolved during the cleaning service without our reminder. Also, it looked like the quality of cleaning could vary a lot: when we checked-in there was even some sugar left by previous guests on the table in our room. The next day everything was perfectly clean.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, location is perfect, and the room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.
