Larry was a great host! Very generous with amenities! We all loved the pool, hot tub, game room and sauna. Close to most attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby. Larry has a plethora of things to do (book-wise in the guest house) or can recommend a few things. Safe neighborhood to walk around in with a park a few blocks away. Will stay here again if and when we return!

Thus was a great place. Larry was very accommodating. The amenities were amazing, and the house wasperfect. I will be back.

Larry the host has gone above and beyond to create a private resort with everything you need to relax and play. The pool, hot tub, game room and home are well taken care of and clean. Larry is a super friendly guy that makes it his mission to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they need. He even gave me a lift to an Italian bakery since my companion was working one of the days we visited. Can’t wait to go back. Thanks Larry for everything!

This place is awesome! Not one uncomfortable spot upstairs or downstairs. Home was clean and well maintained. The putt putt and game room was an awesome idea as well. When we got bored, we pulled out games. When we wanted to relax, we did. Thanks Larry for a great stay.

The place has everything you could want to stay in and relax. Also has easy access to plenty of resturants, grocery stores, bars, and shopping. Very nice bathrooms, and kitchen.

The property was great for a long golf weekend. Larry is very responsive and furnished the property very well. The backyard was a great place to hang out after a long day. The sleeping arrangements were good but we didn’t like the pull out chairs. We thought there were single beds but they were chairs that turned to beds. The pull out cabinet bed was much better. I would stay again with a group of guys or two couples.

If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Larry the host was the most hospitable host we have ever had, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and made us feel truly welcome. The guest house was home from home with everything we needed and more, there was even snacks and beers in the fridge for us on arrival. The outside space again had everything we needed, so many games and activities we didn’t even have time to do everything also the games room was super impressive. We are so happy with this rental that we are looking to book again for October 23. Larry thanks so so much for everything and we hope to see you soon.

This has to be the best VRBO family rental I've done in a very long time. The home owner had just about anything you would need for a "Home away from Home"! We were there in May 2023 for my daughters graduation from UA. This was perfect for my family. Pool, yard games, sauna, game room, corn hole, putting green and not a bad drive into Tuscon for graduation festivities. The home owner was amazing. Always responded immediately when I had any questions. Our place was stocked with anything you could need - right down to pool towels, snacks, bath robes, and the little things you forget when traveling!! He also baked us cookies and made us a banana cream pie - World Famous :). I will most definitely rent here again without a doubt!!!

This is paradise for kids. The pool was warm and fabulous and the putting greens were fun. The shed with the basketball hoops and so many other games was great! Plenty of outdoor seating. Larry was an amazing host. No need to go anywhere else. The kids had a blast!

This property was amazing and the host Larry was phenomenal! The property was extremely well maintained and had every fun thing you could possibly need for a vacation with out even leaving the property and exploring Tuscon! The pictures don't do it justice as everything, the pool/hot tub, game room, putting green...the entire outdoor area was a resort w/in itself. But it didn't stop there as the host provided details about the Tuscon area with suggested hikes(which were amazing,) directions /advice on using the bike loop;restaurant suggestions and other sites to see in Tuscon. Larry, the host thought of every detail for a wonderful vacation all at your fingertips. On top of that Larry was so attentive when any questions arose ( and rescued us when we had flat bike tires...thanks again Larry!) Larry ,by far, is the best host we've ever had. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Tuscon because you can both explore Tuscon or just stay and enjoy what the property has to offer!

This place is full of activities to keep the whole family busy-- from the hot tub and wonderfully heated outdoor pool (which was able to accommodate my extra warming needs to heat the water to a very comfortable temperature, even during the winter), to the badminton, mini-golfing, ping-pong, basketball, darts, cardio exercise equipment, and more, and even a piano that allowed me to reconnect with my love of playing after many years of not having access to one-- I did not even have time to watch the many TV's that were also provided and that had lots of different channels to access. Lots of hiking trails abound in the area for those who want to venture outdoors, and the property is conveniently located nearby several stores and restaurants for shopping/dining needs, although the owner was kind enough to provide quite a bit of items in the kitchen, including a variety of beverages and snacks. Thank you so much for helping my family to have a nice vacation!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay. The sauna, hot tub and pool, along with putting green, were well used! Larry was an attentive and responsive host. Highly recommend!

The property is great. We enjoyed the game room, the pool, the hot tub, sauna, and outdoor space. The guest house is very nice. The host has everything you might possibly need on hand. He had snacks for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Was everything and more then what I needed. I came into Tucson for a body building competition and the place was well stocked with what I needed to food prep. Larry was awesome and always checked in to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely rent here again if I come back to Tucson to compete.

The rental house was perfect! Larry made sure to include everything you need while you are on vacation. My boys loved the pool, golfing, and game room. We will definitely rent this property again.

Excellent amenities and friendly environment

The pool, game room and golf was enough to entertain everyone. Larry was very friendly and accommodating.

This was the perfect setting for our family trip to visit the University! My 3 young adult sons always found something to entertain them -- the pool, the putting green, bags, the game room and the TVs with ALL the channels. Larry has made sure that you want for nothing -- inside and out! The house is well maintained and tricked out with some really upscale touches. The mirrors in bathrooms even hook up to Bluetooth so you can jam while getting showered! My boys are all sizeable 6 footers and we did not feel cramped at all! Larry is a fabulous host who responded promptly to questions and provided for our every need.

This property was an excellent base for our family’s Tucson and Southern Arizona vacation. Our host, Larry, has given careful consideration to your every need! The 2bd/2ba Bluetooth & WiFi enabled guest house with private pool access, hot tub, putting green, game room and more, had numerous options for sleeping arrangements —and the beds, linens and pillows were of the utmost comfort! Each room was nicely decorated, complete with ceiling fans, room darkening blinds and flat screen televisions. The first floor bedroom closet even has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The yard and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. There are multiple sitting areas and options for outdoor relaxation and sunbathing. Spend the morning on the patio sipping coffee and birdwatching; the afternoon lounging in the cool waters of the pristine pool! (We viewed more hummingbirds in Larry’s yard than we did at the Sonoran desert museum!) Located in a quiet neighborhood cul de sac, this guest house has driveway parking and a private, keyless entry. Larry had this guest house stocked like a vending machine that truly appealed to our ever-growing teenage sons. They wanted for nothing! The refrigerator was stocked with cool drinks; snacks filled the counter; the bathrooms with pool towels, sunscreen, soaps, lotions, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kits-- everything you could possibly need! Larry was the perfect host! His attention to details, suggestions for sightseeing and where to get the best meals around town were spot on! We look forward to returning to this location for our future Arizona vacations!
