Breakfast was very good. So much choice and not crowded.

Omelette could be cooked much faster. No bar. No evening restaurant

Hotel was nice and clean, with spacious room and comfortable bed. Breakfast at the hotel (rather expensive to additionally purchase) was really outstanding, easily exceeding some 5 star hotels honestly.

I thought location would be more suitable (attending exhibition at NECC) but not sure it was a good decission. It took around 15 min to wal each morning to the exhibtion. In the proximity of the hotel you cannot find any cafes or bars, or even restaurants except for a few places we didn't really feel like going in. Metro station is also 15 min away (at NECC) so I can't say that it was a good call. Price was extremely high but I guess this is because I booked it only week before arriving. On the other hand, last 2 days I stayed in Shanghai Marriott Marquis City Centre (which I also booked week before arriving and paid half-the-price of this one) which was completely different league.

Super close to the subway and some major tourist attraction location.

Ik probeer een factuur op naam van mijn bedrijf te krijgen via booking, maar krijg dat niet geregeld.

The personnel were helpful and seemed to speak English better than nearby hotels where my colleagues was staying (I stayed for a few days for a business trip and it was my first time in China).

The air conditioning in my room was initially too strong (below 22°C), but maybe that's how local people like it to be.

Staff was anxious to please, although still a bit difficult to communicate and nervous. The room 618 was vert well fitted and clean. Close to the exhibition center

Ordered a cheese burger twice during my stay. The first time more attention to detail all components there. Second time the the fried egg was omitted. Room was cold. 9C outside 15 C inside no heat. At checkout the staff gave me the wrong terminal 1 instead of 2 for Cathay Pacific.

The location, close to Hongqiao railway station, only a 20cny taxi ride away...very helpful staff. Restaurant was closed due to the serious covid outbreak so the hotel provided an excellent free breakfast box and coffee....Reception also arranged to have some of my luggage couriered back to Handan for me....

The room was at 18°C, at the heater didn't work, when I asked the reason they said Local authority prohibited the use of A/C due to COVID-19, really cold night with no rest at all.

Gym was lacking in facilities. Other than treadmills, there was nothing else there.

Need more readable literature regarding locations of interest.
