The staff really helpfull and they speak english well.
They have family mart and atm machine in the bund center, connecting door beside the resto.

Really great location and very helpful crew! Especially breakfast crew- they flexible and understand sometimes I need to have early breakfast to catch meeting and flight - even before their official start time , love them !
Maybe due to summer season sometime reception / front desk queue too long and lack of resources ..
Room service wise seems nobody washed the tea mugs which has been clearly used last night ..

The lobby staff, especially the bellboys were super nice. Since I didn’t have a Chinese cellphone number, they helped book taxi rides for me and offered extensive instructions for how to get around.
Beware that since the location is on the Bund, which is Both a good and a bad thing, the walking around is great, and the hotel is close to a subway station. However it is EXTREMELY difficult to get a taxi or a ride share due to the location being constantly crowded, especially during commute hours. Plan significant buffers if you are taking a taxi or ride share to the airport.
