Insbesondere das Frühstück war sehr gut. Gut ist auch die Distanz zur Metro...

W-Lan in Verbindung mit VPN ist sehr sehr schlecht - quasi kaum in der Lage eine Verbindung zu halten. Ich war schon in vielen Hotels und alle hatten damit kein Problem - selbst wenn man das VPN erst nachträglich aktiviert bleibt es sehr schlecht auf allen Endgeräten.

Room was very clean, quiet, and staff very helpup with an excellent level of English, which made it easy for me.

The location is not ideal, not much around.

Check-In & Check Out very smooth and efficient. Staff very supportive. Location of Hotel close to city center hotspots but still easy to get to.

The breakfast variety

Rooms are great and so is the location. Clean and good breakfast! Helpfull personel.

Personel only speaks Chinese, before Covid this was much more English, that is not an improvement. We had booked Executive rooms with breakfast in the Executive lounge but....the canceled the breakfast in the Executive lounge. This was a big dissapointment because breakfast in the lounge was one of the most importand thing for us to book at this hotel where we stayed many times before.
