"Due West" è perfetto per un folto gruppo di amici, famiglie multiple o famiglia allargata. Questa spaziosa casa può ospitare comodamente 16 persone, con 5 bagni e mezzo e 5+ camere da letto, tra cui 2 padroni e un "bunkroom" al piano inferiore ideale per i bambini e il gioco. We were in town for the week as our daughter was getting married here. When they selected Ketchum for their wedding destination, we knew we would need a home that we could relax in between the events and also use as a "home base" for all the coordination activities. The spaces were all generously sized, great bathrooms, we loved the open living area, but most of all loved the modern, clean and fantastic vibe the newly furnished and amenities spaces provided. We hope to be back!

This was the perfect location for our trip.
I planned a vacation with my family, which included my wife and I, our 4 adult kids plus SO's, and my sister and her husband from Boise. This house had all the space to comfortably accommodate everyone. Big bedrooms and plenty of baths. A large living area. A beautiful kitchen which is VERY well stocked. A big hot tub. The outside looked lovely, but since it was January, we weren't spending time outside other than the hot tub.
There was an unexpected issue when we arrived, but this was quickly addressed by the property manager and the owners.
The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, but very close to downtown and the ski areas.
If you need a nice house to accommodate your large group, this is the place for you. I would highly recommend this property and will gladly rent again on a return trip to Sun Valley.

Our three generation family spent over a week here and there was enough space to separate when we needed space but the together- space was big and comfortable. The location is close to everything especially on bikes. The neighborhood is quiet. We all agreed it was a perfect gathering spot. There is nothing I would change. Dave was easy to communicate with and the home instructions were straightforward. I’d love to return to this house the next time we all choose to gather in Ketchum.

We enjoyed our month long stay immensely. At various times, we had as many as 12 people and as few as two. The age range was 1 year to 76 years. The house works perfectly for all sizes and ages, even being safe for a 1 year old.
The common spaces are large enough to accommodate everyone while the house design allows privacy in the bedroom wings.
The host and property manager were wonderfully generous and responsive.
A true 5 star experience.

We had the best time staying at this property! The house is beautiful, the kitchen is large and well stocked, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet you’re still close to everything you need. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The hot tub was a lovely touch to watch the stars late at night. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very responsive. Would highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again.

My family has travelled the world, but I am the only one who has been to Idaho. In the midst of 2021 quarantine, they trusted me to book a trip, sight unseen, for 11 people across three generations. This house delivered a wonderful experience for all in our family, from 3 to 77 years old. The bunk room was great for the kids and all adults enjoyed well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our most used room was the kitchen. It is wonderfully updated and stocked with everything needed to cook a gourmet meal. The location cannot be beat in Ketchum: walking distance to town, the Big Wood River path and Bigwood Bakery. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Was a little worried when we first arrived... outside area showing signs of winter wear (peeling deck surface, old door mat) but the rest was beautiful and the location is perfect for access to both Ketchum and SV.

WONDERFUL SUN VALLEY HOME!
WE LOVED STAYING IN THIS HOME! IT WAS SPACIOUS AND TIDY AND BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED. WOULD BE A TERRIFIC SUMMER OR WINTER RENTAL. THE OWNER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PROVIDED LOTS OF HELPFUL INFORMATION. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME AND HOPE TO RENT AGAIN NEXT SUMMER!

My biggest shout out is to the home owner, who was very pleasant and helpful, especially getting accurate information for me about the heat and smoky conditions that I had read about. Amazing time at Due West!

The hot tub is conveniently located off of a bathroom and we really loved using it after a long day on the slopes. This was out first time to Sun Valley/Ketchum in the winter. This house is perfectly located. We really loved how close it is to the slopes as well as not too far from town. We had our dog with us and loved all the hiking/walking trails so close to the house.
David was very responsive to any questions or needs that we had. We would definitely rent Due West again!

Family of 10 gathered for a week after not seeing one another because of Covid. The home was a wonderful respite for us to spend time together again. It’s large enough for 4 different families with kids and very well equipped. I asked about a high chair and pack n play, Owners had them delivered immediately, no questions, brand new. Kitchen is beautiful, there are 3 professional Chefs in family so kitchen was well used! The owner David was super accommodating and easy going, dogs were not a problem. I definitely would recommend this high end home!

Spectacular
Spectacular home in a magical part of the US. You can walk from the house to the heart of both Sun Valley and Ketchum. Or, a short drive on relatively flat roads, on a flat street with flat driveway, which is a bonus in winter when roads can be snowy/slick. But you may not want to leave the house! This house felt like a home... not just decorated with charming style but also comfortable from the couches, chairs to the dining and outdoor seating, as well as beds and bedding. Two large en suite king bedrooms, two queens with 'jack and jill' bathroom and outdoor access, bunk room with two double (maybe queen) bunk beds (sleeps 8) and its own full bathroom, walk-in closet, fun sitting area for kids/teens and door to fenced backyard, another queen room and a double queen room that share a full bathroom. Plus another full bath in case all that is not enough! Very conducive to multiple families and/or friends. We had 8 folks working/schooling from home and the internet worked fantastically and the sound did not carry from one video call to the next. The home had all of the amenities we needed for cooking, sleeping, living, etc. We extra appreciated that, even though we are 'just renters' the owners did not spare any expense to stock this home with high integrity, organic, environmentally friendly products from the paper goods to cleaners. Speaking of which, from the moment we walked in, this home felt so clean during a time when we are extra sensitive to germs. The owner and his local team were incredibly helpful and responsive. As you can see from the photos, its a lovely property in a central location - and the photos do not do the home justice, its way more fantastic than in the photos. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Home
We absolutely loved this home! We had 17 family members with us. Kids bunk room slept 7 kids very comfortably. The 2 master suites were huge! This home is so much larger than it appears in the photos! Kitchen had just been renovated and was stocked with every utensil, pan and serving dish needed for our huge Christmas lunch! I highly recommend this lovely spacious home! David the host was very helpful in answering out many questions leading up to the trip.

Beautiful home with ample space and in a perfect location
We had a wonderful winter break in Ketchum and Due West was the perfect home to accommodate our three families. We hit Sun Valley during another epic February and took advantage of all that the home, town and mountain had to offer. Thank you!
