The bed was so soft.

very clean property. lovely knowledgable staff and very comfy beds. the staff are just lovely.

could maybe have more of a selection for breakfast but in saying that I really enjoyed the breakfast that I ate.

The staff we came across were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious (we had particularly requested the larger room), the bed was extremely comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space to store items. There was plenty of choice for breakfast and items were kept topped up.

It would have been useful if there was a shelf or something on which to put toiletries next to the handbasin in the bathroom and, in particular, in the shower rather than them being on the floor.

Convenient location. When we asked to have a different room this was straight away arranged.

The room that was originally allocated had a noisy aircon or heating pipe right outside our window. Our replacement room had a double bed rather than the twin we had booked. Space around the bed was limited because if sloping ceilings.

breakfast was poor. scrambled eggs and bacon seemed overdone.

very comfortable room, great breakfast. I asked for a king or queen but there were two single beds pushed together, which wasn't great but they were comfortable.

Daily coffee maker in the breakfast area could have been cleaned daily. The outside of the machine had the same dirty marks on it for the entire time of our stay. But overall, it was great!!!!

The breakfast buffet spread had a wide variety of breads , cheeses, sausages and cold cuts, fruits and everything else.. It was a satisfying breakfast for us considering that we came from an Asian country where rice is common for meals. The person in charge was very jolly and the staff were all warm and receptive. Our first time in Europe and the first 2 days were happily spent at your hotel. We were glad that we chose your hotel. It was a very good experience!!!

We cannot get good wifi connection especially at night. That's about it.

Nice hotel; easy to access by public transport. Very good restaurant linked to the hotel, rooms with enough space and all facilities needed.

Breakfast time is quite late (8.30 o´clock) in case you need to leave early.

the prices for meals were very expensive. it was unusually very hot and there was no aircon in the room.
