Excellent breakfast! Highly recommend! This is our second visit to the hotel: super breakfast starts at 05:00am, beautiful several restaurants bars, spacious room, shuttle to airport takes 10 minutes, friendly staff.

Slaap kamer is mooi die bubbelbad heerlijk die kamer 10 hoog ik zie alles . Ik heb gezegt tegen mijn man ik wil graag terug.om te vieren kerst op oud new jaar.maar ik zie agenda van hotel is volle ..ik hoop van die valk aub aandacht ik will graag boek weer voor kerst met mijn kinderen.

Wat ik viel niet tegen is die had ik extra vieren verrassing voor mijn man verjaardag is wel iets weinig paar ballon slinger op bed dat was is voor mijn ik verwacht meer extra gezellig zijn .iemand jarig en per jaar vieren met leuk verrassing kun zijn extra's is wel duur maar weinig gezellig beter meer moet zijn waarom is mooi hotel kamer luxe alles mooi die extra iets meer zijn.ik dacht op verwacht is meer.die wijn is wel lekker. En niet tegen aan ik ging eten beneden restaurant eten lekker en salade was Spice ik eten niet ik gerijken van allergie en had niet gezegt als wel gezegt op ik zie op menu had niet besteld. Die werk restaurant hij gevraagd op ik extra salade west niet .dus had niet gegeten zonde die salade wel lekker!!! Is jammer zit in Spice.die rest was goed

Very big and spacious property, pool, gym and shuttle service. It was easy to get to and from the airport. I liked that shuttle service had a schedule that was generally reliable. The view from the room was pleasant, it was also quiet so I slept well. The room was spacious and comfortable: complimentary tea and coffee.There were also vending machines and a KFC across the street, if you didn't want to dine in.

First of all, impossible to get a cup of tea with hot water from the coffee machine. Coffee residue was everywhere which means it wasn't cleaned. It would be nice to have a kettle for hot water without being asked to pay additional. I think a few more ports for charging the phone and other devices would be great. There's a huge bedside table that serves no purpose except take up space, which could be a shelf instead. It was surprising that there are no hooks in the bathroom for towels and other things, just a small shelf. And no liquid hand soap at the sink, weird. Just a bar of soap. Personally I prefer liquid soap, I guess. Light switches were also confusing and not the same on both sides so only one had the room light switch, when the other person woke up at night, they had to move around in the dark. Perhaps next time we get separate rooms.

All went well stayed before on many occasions because of the close proximity to the Schiphol airport.

Hotel has been done up and is even better than before. Great relaxing few days away just what I needed. Great breakfast and we'll worth the money. Staff are supper friendly and helpful with everything.

We booked quad room with balcony six months in advance did not have balcony when we arrived was told by reception balconies are not guaranteed? Why? We eventually got 2 interconnected rooms with "terrace "

the extensive remodeling and construction throughout the property.

After expand and decration,lose some warm feeling. In room the service not good.Of course the public space have more auto shopping is convenience but still room should put more things to make all convenience and warm feeling. I don't think this will take away the business in bar and restaurant.

Room should put more stuff and food,drinking to make home feeling. carpet make the luggage more heavy moving.

The welcome member of staff at the hotel was exceptional and really helpful, indicating where to go for our rooms and restaurants for evening meal and breakfast which was needed in such a large hotel. Exceptionally clean and tidy. Transfer was simple, straight out of the terminal and the bus was there. The bus driver made sure that we were going to the correct hotel and we were dropped in front. Would highly recommend.

Nothing! There really was not anything to grumble about.

One night stay. Was fine. Easy check in/out. Clean. Facilities were good.
