The reception desk is kind. Close to the bus station. The room is large.

1. The room is large while empty, and the facilities are very basic. The beds are extremely soft (there didn't seem to be any springs inside the mattress), which is uncomfortable for me. 2. I've asked for a quiet room in advance, while the room is close to the street and noisy even at night. 3. Not friendly to kids and the child policy is not clear. They charged my kid even without an extra bed!!!

Best stay I've ever had. Comfortable room, clean bathroom and excellent breakfast. Even the staircase is an interesting experience.

Small and cosy hotel right next to the center of Rotterdam. A walking distance from train station and all the major sights of the city. Room was clean and quiet and bed was really comfy. Had a very pleasant stay

Excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from Rotterdam Central Station. A very spacious room with a large bathroom - our room had both a shower cabin and a bathtub. The city center can be reached on foot - about 25 minutes, so it will not be a problem to go for a walk to enjoy the city and the dining options. Excellent value for money.

The windows of the room were facing the street, so until 11 in the evening you could hear the cars driving by, but if sleep comes, then these sounds do not disturb the night's rest.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located with ready access to food and groceries. Hotel also provides garage parking but need to walk about 10 mins.

No lift to higher floor.

I liked that it was quiet and could not hear any traffic. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. My fridge wasn't working in my room, so they kept my beers and water in their fridge and when I wanted them I rang and they brought it straight to my room. The bathroom was the cleanest I have ever seen.

My fridge not working. No netflix on tv. Mattrass kept sliding off the bed.
